Everyone tells tht WiFi is working but I can not achieve this results
Please provide more detailed information about this problem, DEVS-please help me and other users to get wifi working
Wrong forum dude there is a q&a forum for stuff like this...this forum is for development not seeking help. First try searching, also if you wipe everything you shouldn't have a problem. I don't have a solution for you otherwise I'd tell you.

It's a long shot, but could this be a radio problem?
Try to figure out if the users with WiFi issue share the same radio.

What is this rom manager you speak of? I've never heard of a working rom manager for this device. Does rom manager work? Perhaps the answer is posted here somewhere?

No. Not yet.

For GB, just flash (oden/heimdall/heimdall one-click) any gb kernel in the dev forum and you should get CWM (unless the kernel is a fully stock kernel, like the first one in my one-click collection).
A little lecture could help you. This has been answered like 100 times a day.
Use latestodin, flash ravers kj6 odin rom (yes, you have to be in dl mode and rom file goes in pda and i think you need to decompress the .zip file so u use the .tar) and after that just flash drhonk kj1 kernel so you can get root and cwm. Then you can flash gb roms without problem.
Theres a big post saying that Rom Manaher doesnt work wotj raver.
actualy rom manager has a Galaxy s 4G setting now so yes it does work

No. "NO" means "no".
If you don't believe me. Go ahead. Flash it, then wonder why you can't flash anything from it or do anything with it.
Everyone who has told you that it doesn't work is trying to save you time and headache.

Also, tehgyb gave you all the good links (thanks man!)
Instead of insisting on using rom mangler, you should listen and read.
If all you want is clockwork mod + root + gb, just heimdall one-click my kj6 kernel and stock rom... The link that says: Download SMS KJ6 Kernel Stock Rom with Bootloaders
After you run that, you can flash roms with CWM (not rom manager) as you wish, and you will always have root with that kernel.
It doesnt work man..

I think he meant that ROM Manager doesn't work.
I don't get why people don't read stickies around here. I guess it's second nature if you've been on other forums before, but it's still no excuse. -.-

Read this thread, section 6
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1762709
Also the issue you are most likely seeing is because you tried to flash a ROM with a kernel without first unlocking your bootloader. This is also explained in the above thread.

Can you get into recovery? If so wipe/factory restore and flash the stock ROM or a custom one WITHOUT a custom kernel. I would suggest just going back to stock ROM and starting fresh. If you made a backup (which you should have) you can just go back to that too. Just remember to unlock your bootloader before you put a new ROM on.

Yes you must flash the stock kernel after the vzw screen of death. Using root66 makes it easier to get back up and running. One less thing to do and you can then down load ez unlock & ez recovery to unlock boktloader/ flash cwm.
Thank you everyone for responding
Everyone was very helpful
I was able to get the phone back to stock and I went into a store to exchange it because I had that permanent roaming thing
So now I learned my lesson and first thing I did with the new device is back up my imei..

No once you have recovery.
I have never "rooted" my phone. Just flash a recovery and flash away. (yes I know the custom roms come with root, thats how I root samsung phones)

It should deodex fine, you're probably doing something wrong. why do you need to deodex in the first place?
