Im using rooted and custom rom of unofficial cm10 final build
I tried to download a file from mediafire but it wouldnt work so i tried downloading from another website but it wouldnt work either.
1)None of my download files work except only from my email attachments.
2)i used to be able to edit any photo from my gallery from clicking a picture and pressing the left button to pop up edit and it would show a bunch of ways to edit the picture but now when i try it it says something there is no application that can edit this photo please download etc

Have you tried downloading the same file with another browser? Have you used the search function on the cm10 thread to see if someone has had the same problem?

Hello, I have tried EVERYTHING.
I have tried putting down the parameters you guys gave me and even using the registry change cab, I've tried Xperia Tweak, I've tried J.S. Advanced Config, I even used a registry editor myself to fix my file associations problem.
But it is impossible for me to open the bookmark aka URL file.
Can someone help me?
Is my only way to make URL files open via PIE or Opera Browser is to reformat and hardware reset my phone?
Can someone please give step by step guide to do this. Someone has helped me before but it seemed to do nothing.
When I click on any url file, it brings me to the associated browser but than it brings me to an error page, WHY DOES IT NOT BRING ME TO THE ONLINE WEBSITE?

I am trying to figure out how to install reader's hub ( i have asked several questions, but I can't get anyone to help me). I have a US Sprint Tab. Each time I try to download the files, they download unsucessfully, and give me the error message "content not supported". This seems to only be true for rar files, as I have downloaded the readers hub zip file just fine. I currently have apk installer, Explorer, and Andro zip installed. Can someone please help me???

As far as im aware even though androzip supports the rar files, it does not associate itself with the samsung tab explorers launcher for that file type.
If you extract this in the androzip itself and then browse to the contents you extracted that should work that way.

Thanks for your reply. I would love to try thatm, but the tab wont even let me download the file. The thing is, I already have the files I need to get the readers hub, but I can't get it to install. Well, I can install the press Display and the Kobo, but the readers hub wont install. And although the Press Display and Kobo say they are installed, I don't see them anywhere on my tab.
Ahh OK, sorry to have misread the problem ...Have you access to a PC? as you could download and send. ...if not link me up ill download and make it a zip for you (my racing team dr-ukr has a server i can upload to for storage).
Alternatively try another browser, i've not yet tried the others but mayb it's jsut the Samsung modded browser that cannot support the download?
Ill post back if i get to test that first in Dolphin HD/Opera/Fennec beta etc..

Do I have to root my tab in order to install readers hub? Now I'm reading the rooting app has been removed, so rooting may not be possible.
Sorry i do not know about rooting, i am still on stock firmware and not wanting to blow my warranty yet. (allthough it will happen in the end) ... i have my nokia n900 for all the playing about for now (i'm confident with it and the tab is my first android).

Okay. Thanks so much for all of your help.
Download astro file explorer...open the app,go into settings,there's an option to allow any type of file extension download in browser.

I was having the same problem. I tried opera browser and it let me download the files. The stock browser is junk.
Go to market and download "Download all Files", works perfect on GT.

I need the v10k kdz file to restore my phone but I cannot find a working download link, I did download one but it was only around 100mb in size and when I tried to flash got a message saying Information missing so I need the one thats around 300mb

Everything was working yesterday. I tried to upload an apparently I downloaded and once it gets out of the windows window it has the circle with the line through it not letting me upload anything.

Hello, I have been trying to upload and attach screen shots to a post but I always get upload file failed. The files are only jpeg files. I have tried to make the smaller and even make them pdf's and still no luck. I have tired to use Tapatalk, XDA labs and my computer with no luck, any ideas?
When you try to post a new thread, click the button 'Manage Attachments', select files from your computer, and then click 'Upload'.
Then click 'Attachments' icon above your message body to select jpeg files one by one into your thread.
Does not work, all I keep getting is upload failed.

If it doesn't work anywhere (both website and mobile apps) maybe it's an issue related to your account...
Pinging @the_scotsman in case he could help.
Hmm....the account looks ok.
Can you try creating a new blank text file and see if you can upload that. There may be some weird issue with the files you're trying to upload.
A simple text file should have no issues, so that will be a good test.
Just tried a text file I get a message saying bad request upload of file failed.
Is it happening in any thread? Have you tried attaching to this thread?
If so, this is beyond anything I can think of.
@MikeChannon Seen this before? I can attach ok, so attachment system is working fine.

Not seen this before, for small files anyway. Browser/Router/Add On issue maybe but other than clearing Browser cache, trying another browser, re-booting router, disabling add-ons I don't know what to suggest.
