[Q] ZTE V970M doesn't recognize SD card after flashing extended internal memory - ZTE Grand X V970

I tried flashing Bruno's extended internal memory mod here and everything seemed fine, but after rebooting, my phone no longer detects external SD card (The internal memory did get extended). Is there anything I can do now to make it mount the card? (even if I have to reverse everything and let there be two SD cards again). Thank you very much in advance.
P.S.: The card is completely fine and my PC as well as another Android device recognized it without any problem. Also, my phone is running Bruno's latest JB ROM.

[Q] External SD wont mount to computer

As the tittle says, my external SD card will no longer mount to my computer. The internal mounts just fine. I can see the external using a file explorer when USB mass storage isn't connected. I use my external card as a "thumbdrive" constantly and it has always mounted just fine, this just cropped up today.
I am running Bionix2 if that makes a difference.
What can I try to get it mounting properly again?
UPDATE:
I have tried turning on and off USB debugging
I have tried pulling the SD card, booting, turning back off, reinserting the SD card and booting again.
I have tried uninstalling the LG driver from the computer and reinstalling it (ADB)
None of these have worked.
The empty drive shows up in "computer" as a drive, the SD card just never mounts to it. When USB mass storage is ON the SD card definitely unmounts from the phone.
This is very frustrating as I need some files off the card and I don't have access to a micro SD card reader.
UPDATE2:
Got the files I needed by copying them from the external card to the internal card, connecting, mounting and copying them from the internal card to my computer. It is still a PITA though not as urgent as it was.
So last night I pulled the SD card, copied everything off and formatted it on my computer, didn't change a thing. I was then going to reload the ROM I am using. This didn't work as I am running external CWM recovery and it wouldn't mount the SD card either.
As a last effort before trying another card, I formatted (erase=format?) the card through Android. Everything seems to work fine again. I copied everything back to the SD card without an issue. CWM sees it again as well.
What could have caused the card to spontaneously need to be reformatted through Android after working perfectly well for 2 months?

I had the same issue, I think when you install different roms some use different ext for the drives, thats why its critical that after each rom you wipe wipe wipe, and as we know now, lol format sd card

[Q] Flashing Galaxy S3 without Microsd card

Hello,
I have read many guides about rooting and many of them say I need a microsd card for flashing roms. So do I need to buy a microsd card or will it work with the internal 16GB memory ?
You can root and flash fine with internal storage only.
Since the internal memory mounts as \sdcard, I believe it will work. Just connect to your pc, copy the rom zips to it.
thank you so much.

[Q] internal SD is not recognized

hey guys lately my phone has been having issues with recognizing the internal SD when the external SD is in place. when the external SD is taken out the phone recognizes the reqular SD. i have tried all the tricks i know, from wipping the whole phone from its rom and everything, factory resets, you name it. the phone when it feels like it will recognize the internal and external upon reboot. any ideas?

[Q] Is there a way to "remove" the internal SD card?

I've tried searching for info about this and can't seem to find anything specific. My question is can the S5 be altered so that the internal memory is just memory and not recognized as an SD card? Can it be forced to use the external SD card instead? Will this affect the pre-installed programs? I've had another phone that used the internal memory like this and had custom ROMs that "removed" the internal SD card. I'm not willing to install a custom ROM or recovery right now, but I do have root access.
I've used the edits from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/general/mod-how-to-add-init-d-write-to-external-t2814733
Even with these edits, certain apps(TubeMate for example) still recognize that you're running KitKat and won't allow writing to the external SD card.
I've tried using the app Mounts2SD to move app data to the external SD, but it doesn't recognize the second partition of the SD card(I've tried Ext4 and Fat32), so either there's a problem with the SD card partitioning or the init.d section of the program isn't working correctly. I've used this app with my previous phone and it seemed to work fine. I appreciate any help or suggestions on this.

SD Card formatted as internal / adaptable storage is not recognized anymore.

Basically I have an SD Card that I formatted as internal memory. It has worked well for about a year now. Today though, the phone told me that the card had been removed and that I should re-insert it. At the same time, it tells me that the very same cards format is incompatible and I have to format it in order to use it. All this while I never removed the card. The phone is a Moto G5 running Pixel Experience.
What I've tried so far is rebooting the phone and taking the card out and inserting it again, in various orders. Inserting the card into various computers, none of which recognize it (as expected). GPartEd shows the space on the card as not allocated.
Is there anything I could do to make that card be recognized again? Or else, to get the data off of it?
If this is not the right forum for this question, please tell me, or, if you're an admin, please move the thread.
When you converted external SD-card to Adoptable Storage it got formatted as internal memory and also encrypted as internal memory is.
AFAIK there is no chance to recover the data stored on because they are AES-encrypted.
