hello,
could anyone tell me if you can flash the stock recovery mode back onto a samsung galaxy ace 2. i have cwm on it but i would like to have it back to stock. can anyone give me a link to it?
We have only temp cwm.
If u have D-Kernel, flash stock kernel.
flash stock rom, search on sammobile, then flash it via odin, that's the best way

I've had the same problem couple of days ago. the only way I was able to solve it was to flash back to a stock rom by odin. after that I was able to flash again from cwm

its better to go clean......
Can we use the same method as that for P5113??
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1657056
Or do we have to flash stock kernel etc??
And can someone give me the link for stock recovery for P3113....
Yes, I need to get my device back to stock. I just received it as a gift and it has no navigation or back buttons. They simply do not show up on the screen. Totally unusable as is. I could really use some help as well.

Odin would be safer as I havent heard yet that rom manager is safe for this device. If it is someone please say so.

Cwm from rom manager forced recovery loop
im using a sprint note 3 (sm-n900p) and i downloaded Rom Manager to get cwm and it said that it downloaded and installed just fine. i booted into recovery and it just loops over and over. If i remove battery and turn on normally, it'll continue to loop the same. the only solution to fix the loop i had was to take out the battery and boot into download mode, then i pressed down to cancel and it loads up normal. but for now, rom manager has messed up my recovery. (im not an expert on this, but im not a beginner either) just thought id give you guys a heads up

first off, I'm new to this stuff. Love my Samsung phone, tablet and everything else, but changing ROM's and stuff is way above my grade. Where does a person start?? I am computer literate, but with Andriods, I'm lost in space!
I am currently using CM10 Rom with Marmite kernel 8.3+
Performane wise it is good, but battery has been a big problem for me, as the stock 4.1.1 sojuk was way good in battery performance..
My phone has TWRP recovery and I have the official stock .zip file for my phone (Nexus S M200)...
The question is that flashing firmware via recovery is recommended or not? Will i brick my phone or what? Will my phone work perfect after flashing stock firmware via twrp? I dont want to use the fastboot method pls...
Need the answers fast

There are few stock ROMs in development thread which are flashable via twrp/cwm, you'll not gonna loose your recovery.

Can you please get a link to the post, as I wasnt able to search it...
Though, I found the official stock rom in .zip format (100% confirmed)... should I use this ROM for flashing? Loosing recovery or root doesnt matter... i can get that back anytime...

I quoted just one question and i answered straight. Besides, your phone won't work perfect if it's bricked lol.
So yea, that question and that answer is sufficient for you to calm down and JUST FLASH IT. :good:
