While watching the Scandal tv show I noticed on a ringtone I would like to have on my phone. It's the one used by Olivia Pope on, what I discovered to be, a Sprint Slider mobile phone.

Here is the Kill Bill Nurse ringtone as above except I've converted it to WMA so that it will play on the xda. Simply put it in your windows/rings folder and you should be able to assign it as a ringtone from sound notifications.
Here are mine. I tend to alternate between the two depending on my mood.

I've been making my own ringtones with my phones for a while. Can anyone tell me what tech specs audio files should have to work as ringtones? I remember back on certain phones, if the quality was too high, it actually took the phone too long to play out the audio and interfered with your ability to answer.

haven't run into any problems with using mp3's as ringtones easy rule of thumb is not to use the whole song since it won't play cut it down to 30 -45 seconds.
All I use are mp3 (320 kbps)files, I just use mp3 splitter and make them right on my device, haven't had any problems at all.

Vringo works but only with vringo buddies...which is limiting.. There is another soft which works better - Ringpro v.3.0 but it's paid (17 bugs). Good luck.
Hi, I am able tu use mp4 videos as ringtone, but I only hear the sound when the phone rings.

I have a principle question!
Is it possible for an App, during I am phoning, playing a short mp3 (eg "Happy Birthday to you"). That means for my dialog partner it would sound, like I said to him that words. I myself, do not hear that sound, the App directly should put the sound internal to the "micro".
In other words, is it possible with an App to access/influence the "Telephon functionality"? (Or is the "Telephon functionality" a black box without accessibility?)

I was looking for a notification ringtone of LG 190b... I wanted to download it because I lost my phone and I wanted that notification ringtone back...
Anyway... I found your post and I know what is the ringtone you put here.
The cell model LG 180 has a ringtone called "Bell" which is exactly the ringtone you posted.
You can see it in a youtube video called "LG A180 ringtones". At 0:53 of the video, this "Bell" ringtone starts to play.
