Ringtone

Hiya
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the music from that new Motorola Razr V3 advert that's on at the moment? It's fantastic and would love it as my ringtone!!
Cheers
Anthony
PS - I've "google'd" my heart out and can't find it anywhere.
Track is by "Dabyre" and is called Hyped Up Plus Tax
maybe you already know but just incase i wanted to tell you. what i am doing for my ringtones is; i downloaded a free software from http://www.freewareppc.com/multimedia/notem.shtml. it is called noteM. normally it records any voice in mp3 format and also it converts any mp3 format to vaw format. by that way i can download any mp3 files from my computer and convert it to vaw. here is my ring tone. ready to serve...

Ring Tone: Papaya

I got sick of surfing all the dumb ring tone websites out there, and I wanted something I liked ... so, I created a ring tone myself.
I plan on releasing more as time goes on.
The ZIP file contains both Stereo and Mono versions, all transcoded in WMA (I found WMA files work best under WM5.)
This ring tone is released under the Creative Commons license. I hope you enjoy it.
Coming soon: a "variation" of the iPhone ring tone (my own original work--Apple can't take it down)
What software do you use to produce it? some MIDI->WAV->WMA process?
I use a MIDI setup with GarageBand on my iMac, export the file to .m4a, edit in Sony Sound Forge, and save as .wma.
huh. not bad at all.
certainly not grating and it's quite pleasant! I think I'll throw 'er on my phone and try it out.
Thanks for posting. We need more things like this. Enough with the hip-hop ringers, lol.

I am using Numb Encore - Linkin Park & Jayz on my note at the moment.
I use the Angry Birds Seasons - Ham'O'Ween music box theme... No, I'm not that crazy about Angry Birds(I finished them all tho) but I have always love the sound of Music Boxes and similar melodies.. Yeah, I'm a dreamer..
Only problem is so melodic that if I'm taking a nap it doesn't wake me up when the phone rings.. I might add that is prolonging my sleep.
This is the one from YTube:

Slightly OT, not for ringtones, but for alarms, I use the mp3 files I got free when I bought Osmos for the PC. They are truly beautiful to wake up to, and that is not a description I use lightly.
I use the orignal ringtone of GNote. Mostly my phone is on vibrate though

Nurse whistler from 'Kill Bill'
I have the music from the Nurse scene in Kill Bill, someone whistling the tune. I have never heard anyone else use it, so I know it is my phone. It is also distinct, but not harsh.
For various contacts I have various MP3 excerpts such as Jumping Jack Flash, Telegram Sam, Boom Boom, Respect (for when the wife calls), Sgt Pepper, etc.
Using metal gear solid codec call for ringtone and the guard alert sound for notifications. I love those games WAY too much but they do work well always gets my attention

Ringtones - over 200 - spanning genres and decades

I like to have a variety of ringtones on my phone, and I've made ringtones out of a bunch of my favorite tunes and thought I'd share them with anybody that wants them.
There are over 200 in total, spanning the decades from the 60's to today, and genres from alternative to rock, AC/DC to Van Halen, country to top 40's and a few rare or hard to find tracks to boot.
I've uploaded both mp3 and ogg formats, and there should be something among them for everyone. So, feel free to download and use them as you please;
ringtones in mp3 format: http://d-h.st/3Oy
ringtones in ogg format: http://d-h.st/JUk
Downloading now. Let you know how it is. But I love music and ringtones. So a BIG thank you in advance.

What's the main difference between and Ogg? Just didn't know if there was a benefit to one or the other

This is great. If you need more music to make some tones let me know. I have a library like no other. I've been collecting music for over 30 years and my father for 30 before me. Took me years to rip it all and turn the LP's into digital format.
PM me if you are interested.

ogg is the format the stock ringtones and notifications are in, in the system/audio folders. Either will work, but I just what the heck, might as well convert them into the same format that the original ringtones were in. I also deleted the system/audio/ringtones folder and replaced it with mine, so the ONLY ringtones on my phone are these.

If you have any specific songs you want ringtones of, I'd be happy to clip them down for you, but I can't think of any that I want and don't have.
I've also got a collection of around 6,000 songs that I've uploaded to one of my servers, and if you'd like to add them to your collection PM me and I'll send you a link.
Could you repost/update the link? Thanks!

Know the feeling. I also just finished the same task....*whew*...now have 205,000 MP3s 192kbps and above. Good to know I'm not the only one obsessive enough to do this...lol!

Samsung has a cool sound assistant app which made me wonder why no one else is trying that.

A lot of us read on our smartphones. Whether it's a social media post or something your boss sent you to read. The key thing is we all read. Now think of coming back from your job or school after a long tiring day. You have to read something and you don't feel like it. What would help you in this situation is an app called voice aloud reader.
Simply select the text, tap share, and choose the app. It will automatically start reading the text for you. You can turn your screen off and lie down on the bed or make a cup of coffee.
This is cool. You know what would be even cooler? Some background noise.
The voice coming from a Text to speech app never sounds like an actual human being. Sometimes it's harsh, sometimes there are words we don't comprehend clearly. Adding a calm song in the background from your Spotify playlist while listening to Voice Aloud Reader makes it much better so listen to that robotic voice. Almost the same as what Youtubers do nowadays.
But there's a problem. The sound coming from Spotify will have the same amount of loudness as the sound of the voice coming from VAR(Voice aloud reader). Because they're both using the same system sound. The music would be too loud at that point and VAR will be unrecognizable.
Samsungs Sound Assistant(SA) can tackle this. It has two handy features.
• Per-app sound profile: Let's you set different sound levels for each app. You can set 90 for Spotify when you listen to podcasts and 60 for your music player.
So the music player won't be too loud and the voice in Podcast won't be too low. You won't have to set it every time you open those apps.
• Multi Sound: Spotify and Music Player both will run and play preset sounds simultaneously. You can play Mozart on your Music Player, set the volume to 20. Come back and play Podcast and set its volume to 80. This fixes the problem I've mentioned earlier in my post.
Here's the conclusion. You might think there aren't many people who listen to something and want another thing to run in the background. I can't argue with that.
Then again, you won't know something you like until you taste it. I never knew I needed it until I used a Samsung phone for a week. It grew on me and it's hard to live without it now.
I made a post about anti-flicker/dc dimming a few months ago for people with sensitive eyes like me. I saw a lot of responses saying flickering problems happens to very few people. Now I'm posting about something even rarer. I know it's a long shot but if Samsung could do this years ago, others can do it now if they try. And I'll be hoping for something like this one my Xiaomi or Pixel.
