Nop you can dirty flash if you come from a stock based rom.
You can keep your data clean.
I always wipe /system /cache and dalvik cache. But it's not mandatory.
respected bangasti nice to see a familiar face from n7000 section. I was looking for stock ROM but I wanted Deodexed stock to play with him (reminded me of Master Eybee with his Rom for n7000) regards and thanks.

No problems with gmail, maps, market for me. Just a slightly better wifi signal so far....
of course,i am base a custom rom for myself to flash

Wow, now we jump from the latest 2.14 to 2.26. That's quite a huge jump. I'm wondering what is really new, and how much problems were in between that let HTC make such a huge step before releasing another version. Also why does it follow so closely to 2.10...2.14 (which seem to be more or less all the same, localized versions).
I'd not touch this now, it's like you install an early release of Windows . Or this may already be SP1 for the 2.10 series hehehe

In about an hour my download will be complete (free user). I have awful upload speed btw. Its gonna take about 1-2 hours more to upload it.

People..relax xD it's just the same as all the GB firmwares around, the only change is the android version. So the short answer is "you flash with odin just like you would do with some gb firmware"

well think about it this way, let's say you flash thought odin, and u don't like it..flash TWRP, format system and flash GB with odin, I can't see why it wouldn't work.

Hi. I tried the original SNote 8 version on my galaxy note 2. It works pretty well except that using the voice recorder causes a FC. Does the voice recorder work on your version? If so how did you get it to work?
