People..relax xD it's just the same as all the GB firmwares around, the only change is the android version. So the short answer is "you flash with odin just like you would do with some gb firmware"

well think about it this way, let's say you flash thought odin, and u don't like it..flash TWRP, format system and flash GB with odin, I can't see why it wouldn't work.

Thank you! Just installed. I no longer have the ridiculous lag when adding an app shorcut when using the "add" in the menu of adw launcher. Scrolling also seems faster. Thanks again!
edit: after 1 hour of use it's becoming apparent that this is a very significant fix. there is a very noticeable difference in speed and responsiveness throughout the rom. also, download the zip using a computer as it doesn't download correctly when using your phone

Yeah, you could extract, copy manually and reboot.
BTW, no wipe is needed, it's just 1 patched file.

well I dont think it will be flashable, usually test build are just folders and need to be built into a rom. You should probably wait for a dev to post it, if you are not 100% sure what you are doing.

when you set that already on your pc, just start "ddms.bat" in \android\android-sdk-windows\tools\
plug your x10 - click on your phone id - and then "device" > "screen capture"

Installation
• Download the ROM
• Copy The Boot.img from the ROM
• Copy the ZIP to Memory Card
• Start CWM
• Make a Full Wipe (factory reset, mount & storage > format /system, advanced > Erase Dalvik cache)
• Start the install
• Then Flash the boot.img with method over here
• Enjoy!

Htc is really different from our phone and I dont think you can modify a kernel and use it for other phone cuz there is a high chance of a HARD brick. I hope you know what you are doin...

Its same as MB2, for normal I8160 4GB, coutry/region doesn't matter.
It might not work with other versions/hw revisions.
As I remember HK has different sw branch than this, so its possible it has different hw revision.
