Give us more information, what were you on before and what kernel did you used.
Are you using wkparks 1.25 bootloaders?

I will recommend flashing an unlocked BIOS (wkpark's V. 1.25a bootloader) before going any further - LG's locked BIOS is, well, locked as well. CyanogenMod won't be happy even though it will boot just fine - except for ONE thing; NO network.
After flashing the unlocked bootloader, flash either V28 or V21D/E modem baseband firmware.
Lastly, entering the recovery is accomplished with phone off - push all button combo; Power + Volume Down + 3D / Camera button - once it boots, and is entering Recovery service, let go of buttons.

1 - Do you have recovery function working? Power phone with Vol Down Button and release when apears LG logo, if you have recovery working you should be fine.
2 - Download any Zipped ROM(There's alot and good here in the dev are) and put it on your external SD card.
In recovery install zip from the SD card.
Good luck.
thanks

Hi! It happened the same to me, I can't get further than the LG boot screen. No matter what combinations I try I always get stucked there.
I tried the VOL - + POWER combination (releasing both when LG logo appers) but it didn't work
All I did was:
1- Installed ROM Manager and ClockworkMod Recovery
2- Gave ClockworkMod Recover root permissions
3- Pressed RESTART from the Rom Manager app
4- PROBLEM: I got stucked at the boot screen
Please help me

Had the same problem, i flashed ported ics from xbsa with lg flashtool, but you can flash gb kdz file this works for sure too. Than you can start new, but next time when you flash recovery, flash it with bootloader its the best way to flash recovery.

You have just to flash back all the system with lg flash tool follow the guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1942836
It will works i faced the same problem different times
Easy unbrick
I have tried clockworkmod to do a recovery/backup 3 times and ended up with a bricked phone. I have tried various methods in the guides here and none have been successful, as the difficult part is getting W7 and W8 to install omap drivers. I have successfully returned the phone to 2.3.5 every time by this method:
Download " LGMobile support tool " from LG. If you have LG PC suite it will download the software and install it.
Connect phone to PC with usb.
From one of the dropdown menus select recover phone. put in your phone model and imei number. The recovery tool downloads 345mb of data, reboots the phone and you have now got your bootloader and phone is reset to factory. I removed sim card and sd card before connecting.

[Q] LG p505 stuck at LG screen....

and nothing I do get's it to go away. I have spent the better part of 8 hours screwing around with it and can't figure it out. Here is what I know:
If you just try and turn on the phone sans power cord, it won't turn on. If you plug it it, it displays the LG screen and stops. If you hold down the power, down, home keys, then power cable, it will boot into fastboot and take fastboot commands. I have followed the procedure to flash a recovery image listed here in the forums to no avail. It will erase the recovery, flash it, but will not reboot on the reboot command. When I disconnect the data cable and reconnect, it will go right back to the LG screen. I have tried KDZ and downloaded the original rom via the Original LG Firmware tool. It will communicate with the phone if I put the phone in emergency mode via the simultaneous back and volume down button while connecting the power cable. KDZ will start to install the rom but after some time, the phone spontaneously reboots and then hangs at the LG screen. Upon reboot back into emergency, the KDZ routine finishes and says it's finished but when I reboot it goes right back to the LG screen. I have tried the kdz tool in diag and emergency modes while shaking the phone. I have tried the software update tool but it says it cant communicate properly with the phone. I don't know what else to try.
Any suggestions?
Thanks a bunch!
After you succesfully flashed the recovery using fastboot, do you try to boot into recovery manually?
If that doesn't works you could try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1827723

By recovery do you mean clockworkmod? If so, the phone is stock, unrooted so no, if not, what do you mean and how do I do that?
Thanks a bunch!
PS, If I follow the method I found for entering recovery it goes right back to fastboot.
PS Part two, the app you link did the same thing as I did manually and did not help.... thanks anyway...

Hey jackler1, it will not allow you to install any custom recovery if your phone is still not rooted as you mentioned.
Hence using the Home+Vol-+power combo takes you to the fast boot screen.
1st thing you need to do is to root the phone, for it to allow installation of a custom recovery.
Many root tools are available for the P500 - eg Gingerbreak, Super one click.
try this for rooting - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1832485

[Q] No Network after some hours

Hi,
I'm on ported ics with wkpark's 1.25a bootloader. I had repacked cm10 running for some days without problems.
Now with 1.25a bootloader I was able to install jellybam 3.3.0. It was fine for only day I tested it. Yesterday I flashed iodak cm10 beta 2 kernel.
It was okay for some hours. Then the network stopped, the H symbol and the signal bars are still there, but mobile internet and the calls not work until I restart. after restart everything is alright for some hours, then the problem repeats. I'm on 18a baseband.
thank you for your help
Flash baseband 21e, man, as it says on the CM10 rom...:good:
I can't flash another baseband. since I'm on 1.25a bootloader, I can't enter recovery with vol up + 3D button. I enter recovery through cm10 reboot menu. the same problem I have with she s/w korean menu which I need to flash a baseband. When I press vol up while battery is inserted and I insert usb cabel, the phone starts just normally. is there another way to flash it? or any other button combination since 1.25a?
Just flash without battery. You dont need battery for LG flashtool.
Sent from my LG-P920 using xda app-developers app
how can I flash it without battery?
if I start without battery, omap appears and disappiers all the time, even if the driver is installed.
I can't change the port to 41 because there is no device found to do it.
is it somehow possible to flash it through fastboot?
finally I was able to enter the sw update mode ...
But now I have next problem. when I try to flash the 21e baseband with the p920 dll.
I get this error:
lgp920_cp_v21e.fls
Invalid CP path
FAIL
whats wrong?
edit:
maybe I need a su760 dll? where can I get it?
because even in fastbooth I can start fastboot only with su760 function. when I choose p920, I get only a blackscreen.

[Q]Is it bricked? And now? - HELP PLZ

Hi everyone, i tried to flash the new v28b with lg tool over .kdz (as i did so many times before) but it failed the i tried to flash it with smartflash and it worked but was on a bootloop, then i tried to flash v21e and now when i turn the phone on it flashes the LG logo and reboots the he flashes the LG logo again and again and again, he doesn't boot, can't enter recovery neither download mode. hard reset won't solve this too.

Pretty sure that with the V28B kdz you dont get the korean screen when entering download mode, Been in this position as well you should still be able to enter download mode although it appears that nothing is happening on screen.
use the omap4boot choose correct option for your phone, press enter and take battery out of your phone and hold vol + and connect to usb wait until process happens and when it says wait 5 secs put in battery and let go as soon as process finishes and your phone will be in fast boot. you could also use xbsall's reebooter to flash bootloaders ive used it before really easy to use. hope this helps
also once you flash the bootloaders you should just flash xbsall rooted v28b.bin file using lg flash if in win 7 dnt forget to have run in xp sp3 compatability mode download link for rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1963847

[q] lg optimus 3d stuck ! Help!

I have a LG Optimus 3D.
I download xperia ROM for my phone and placed on my phone's sd card.
I wiped data, cache, dalvik cache and formatted system and flashed the rom.
Sadly, i have waited for more than 15 minutes waiting for my phone to boot but :nothing .
I tried to access my cwm recovery but i couldn't.
So does formatting system removes recovery or am i pressing wrong buttons sequence for getting into cwm recovery ?
My phone now boots then turns off automatically.
ANY HELP PLEASE?
THANKS ANYONE!
Anyone please ??
Are you positive that the ROM is ported for P920? I doubt it. After all, Xperia is Sony hardware... -____-; Usually, wrong firmware will result in nothing, and even on right firmware, bad voltage settings will do that (it may either sit there doing nothing or keep resetting).
If you have bricked it, grab wpark's OMAP4 flash utility and the driver therein, and then flash V1.25 compatible CWMR via fastboot, and/or perform software update after flashing wpark's bootloader (with LG flash tool ready awaiting for the phone, plug USB in with phone off and press both power and volume up and let go once it boots up with Korean message informing of software update mode - the tool will flash both BIN and FLS files of the chosen COMPATIBLE firmware - P925, 920 and/or SU760 but just use the flash partition DLL for the specific model - found that out the hard way).
P.S. To enter the recovery, press volume down and 3D button at the same time while turning it on and don't let go unless either the CWMR boots up, or wpark's own BIOS informs that it's entering the CWMR (I think you may hold that until you are in the recovery).
