This is my first rom complete Tab2 GT P-5100
(Sorry for my bad English)

INSTALLATION
to install my rom, it should already be Roote and have installed the recovery..
Repatriate zip
copy to micro-SD
Switch recovery mode
Make a wip factory data
In Advanced, wip Dalvik and battery
board to install zip and install the zip
Once finished, reboot.
NB: As the basic Tab2 are 4.0.3 FUL must make a WIP to avoid conflicts
The forum is not responsible for any custom flash a rom, a backup before every flash

This rom is probably compatible but GT P500 P5110.
Just as the P5110 has no 3G

In this rom.zip there are file for 3g, for example : modem! How can i install it on my p5110 tab? You have to released a version for p5110! Or i have only to delete the MODEM.BIN?

Try it. Change the updater-script asserts to match your model. Likely the files meant for 3g will just do nothing. If you have problems delete them. Just make sure you have a backup beforehand.

Hi,
For 5110 we must try to change in META_INF/COM/google/android/updater-script
Delet:
ui_print("Flash modem");
package_extract_file("modem.bin", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p8");
show_progress(0.100000, 0);
ui_print("Deleting Dalvik-Cache");
delete_recursive("/data/dalvik-cache");
(at the end of script)
And delet modem.bin
Used 7Zip to open the archive. zip

I modified the updater-script and i deleted the modem.bin. Now i'm installing, i will let you know!
EDIT: ALL WORK GOOD ( OR IT SEEMS XD ) ! Now the TAB is so smooth and fast!
PS= I want a THANKS from all possesor of P5110 TAB

I compile a version for 5110 without a modem or telephone and SMS does not work on versions without 3G.
It will come soon

Autonomy is like a stock, slightly better..
4.1.1 is super Light !!!!! and not yet accomplished in my opinion
NBosted for P5110 or 5130 page on.
Ok,i installed the rom.first conclusion is that it is quite snappy,web browser very fast,no errors.BUT i got one really BIG issue:the circle battery shows 71%,but when i expand the notification area it says 72%!!! Previously it was stuck on 85%, but after i clared battery stats,it was down to 71.what could be the problem folks?!

Hi,
In the first P5100 for the battery% is not real, I could not change the SystemUI.
Eventually I can post a patch? I got to change and have the actual values in the circle

Hey, first of all thanks a lot for awesome ROM. There is lack of themed ROMs for tab 2 10.1 Your ROM works perfect and looks great. Do you plan next elements theme in your ROM like a keybord, maybe clock widget like a Htc's etc? Best regards!

I started working on a WIndows 8 Theme for theme chooser.
Its on beta and I will release a donate version on the market after I get the issues fixed.
Try it out. Should work with any android 4.0.3+ with theme chooser enabled rom.

The launcher states 2.14 is the latest, gave up downloading from there.. your 2.14 does not install, either on top of 2.5.1 or by itself.. 2.5.1 works quite fine though
