i m using sony xperia tipo with fw 11.0.A.4.27. my phone slags i dont lik the performance of my mob.. it is slow and slugs wen opening apps(lik gosms pro and typi msg) and contacts, gallery etc.
and wen i cal also screen malfunctions (i have set vid ringtone oly 4 one contact usi video caller id free)..have many prob lik tis..
i want to get the max performance from m y phone so pls tel me wat can b dont.. i have not installed any custom ROM,KERNEL etc
and bootloader is locked..
i have rooted my mob and tried installi cpu overclocking,memory booster (RAM),battery saver apps to increase my mob speed ...but no use
so pls suggest me wat i can do to get stable mob with max preformance !! without slowing down of mob and battery...
and if i want to install custom ROM, KERNEL,CWM,scripts,tweaks tel me wic one ll b better and meet my requirements !

1. Is it slow BEFORE you do rooting? If it does, looks like hardware problem.
2. After root, do you install lots of stuff (launchers, live wp, etc)? If yes, uninstall those things and try to keep thing as stock before doing anything.
3. Get boost my xperia + pimp my rom.
Slow messaging? Not if your on stock msg app. Difficulty typing in portrait mode? Use alphanumeric mode.

not much before rooting
and i didnt install much app after rooting.. installed superuser elite, memory booster,setcpu
and if i install custom ROM,KERNEL etc ll i get any improvements ??
Yes, you can try paradox if youre into custom rom. Im still sticking to stock root v22. My tipo is already fast enough for gaming with just those apps. Just using one battery saver app from 360.cn.

i want to install Z-Fusion V2™ with vengeance kernel is it possible ?
if so tel me wat or things need to do it... i have just rooted my phone and not installed any mod (cm10) or ROM etc..(still in stock)

1. Have you checked if your bootloader can be unlocked? the dialer code is *#*#7378423#*#*
2. Seems z fusion v2 needs fxp and didnt say anything about vengeance. You still new right? Have you read the post about those unlocked bootloader tipo gets no network? Im not going to unlock it as im not so good yet with tipo (my 1st and only android phone) and trying to play safe for now.

And I need to kw wat things are needed to flash z-fusion wit vengeance kernel as it overclock CPU . I read al the forums abt proc etc but bit confused wit recovery mode, cm ,cwm mode fastboot img file etc need detailed steps
Want to install those and try it out as my mob slugs over al don't kw y very much slow wen typing msg accessing menus cal log etc

You should first try the stock based roms like znxt,gimlo,paradox,ultrabeast etc.
Im using ultrabeast and it runs smooth.
No need to unlock bootloader.

hmmm but yest i flashed z fusion ROM with cm10 (fxp 217).. and my phone sys ,album,walkman does not detect my external memory card
and movie, performance assistant stops responding and i feel touch is bit hard...y it happens ? did i messed someth
how to fix tis prob ?
try replacing media storage app with one from another rom

i want to downgrade my xperia j with flashtool and in the beginning of the flashing process an error had accord it tells me that i have to turn on the unknown sources and debugging from applications and the phone stocked on sony logo so i reinstall my firmware (jb) with sus ..... sure i did what it tell me to do but the problem still on .... i really need to downgrade cuz the wifi didn't work at all on jb in syria...... can any one help me with this problem .. (and if u can give me a link for a specific version of flashtool to work with)
If you want to downgrade,just Flash stock rom you want,i dont know you Flash jb again
And what is your option for downgrade??? I know just to flash old version of rom in ftf format and no need to enable unknown sources or something,just connect with usb cable and hold volume down button

hi friends......i installed vengeance kernal with stock rom on my xperia j...android version is 4.1.2 jellybean....sometime apps not reponding and stucks.....phone get lag n hangs....sometimes even xperia home is not responding n need to close it...restarting is the only way....y it is like that ?? is this vengeance kernal problem '??? hate this kind lagg...any solutions neeed help....

i have many ported ROMs for XE based on CM10...
AOKP, PA3+, PACman, SLIMbean, BAKEDbean, MIUIV5.
everything are working properly, but have no RIL/ GSM... :$
we have to waiting for FXP to fix that thing...
jjm34 CM10 have no problem with RIL, but his CM10 isn't regularly CM10 as others or FXP CM10...
and it can't be fixed by him (jjm34) too...
just relax n be more patients...
coz it will done when it is done...

Firefox OS on C1505, NOT C1504, at this time
I plan to "convert" my C1504 to C1505 to use the experimental Firefox OS available through Sony. I've already downloaded the C1505_11.3.A.2.13_UK.ftf file from Google Drive and I think I may need to know the "customization number" for the C1505. That number for the C1504 is 1273-6378_R4E .
Everyone, if you have a C1505, please post the customization number for that phone.
Your customization number can be found in your service menu (dial *#*#7378423#*#* > 'Service info' > 'Software info' > 'Customization Version').

Just to let you know when you use the cm10 that you talked about , To fix the problem is you just flash your kernel sin to your phone to have everything working ..And you can then enjoy your new custom rom
There's no need to convert - you can flash a C1504 with ROMs from any of the these: C1504, C1505, C1604 and C1605. Any ROM for any of these models will work.

You can try running one of the kernels like N kernerl, or maybe Phantom kernel which I think included CWM

This source you gave is for older firmware version. You have to wait till Sony realese new ones.
Yes you have to unlock your bootloader in order to flash other kernel.

Short and simple ... tHX , but strange why other phones from Sony have CMW on lock bootloader (SP , V , Neo V and many others ) and Xperia L is a "special" phone without it ??

Xperia J doesn't have Cwm too on lock bootloader. Thats due to our phones resolution and kernel version. Theres a lot of graphic glitches.

i would recommend u to use paradox rom..
it justs boosts your rom... and everthing becomes smooth...try it
if u dont want to change rom then use riches kernel wth cm10.. it overclocks the system...
quite stable.. try it

i faced some problems with the rom dude..like whenever i select a pic it says "recent apps crashed..something.." everytime i see a picture the status bar crashed :/
any other suggestions dude ?

u followed the steps...that were in that page...
recent apps only crashes when u change the kernel...flash again..
flash the stock ROM and then install PARADOX....
It will definately Work....
STOCK kernel.. is the most imporant..
i tried all other kernels inclucing vengence, riches, and even again flashed stock kernel but it didnt work.. so i flashed again .. following all the steps properly...
