I am using this newly purchased galaxy tab 2 3g wifi. I have noticed a very annoying problem that i am facing with the device's netowrk. It seems whenever i am in low netwrk area or when the tab is deep seated in my pocket or bag, it looses its network. Then when i wud try to restart the netwrk airplane mode toggle, NO SERVICE msg stays there forever. At this point i have to restart the device for it to connect to the netwrk again. This problem was not there when the devuce was running ICS. I have updated the device twice, to the updates released by samsung. In the previous 4.1.1 version i wud have to restart the device. But in the current 4.1.2 version. It still needs the airplane mode toggle. Why is the device loosing netwrk nd is not able to reconnect without me doing the sorcery. If anyone can help plz!!!

Hello all.
I have a weird bug on my Atrix 2 handset: when i leave wi-fi zone the handset doesn't connect to mobile internet (the switch is surely pressed ).
Switching wifi on/off or mobile internet on/off doesnt help.
The only thing that helps is turning airplane mode on and then quickly turning it off - then the phone does connect. Rebooting the phone also helps.
I'm currently on JB leak 1, but the issue was present on stock ICS rom also.
The issue is also described here: code. google. com/p/android/issues/detail?id=40514 (nexus 4 at first, but many other devices in last posts)
Thank you.
Hello all and I am here to address the problem i am facing with WIFI in my Galaxy S4.
When i try to turn ON WIFI using the the WIFI toggle from drop down it stays in light green state for some time and comes back to same state and it is not turning ON.
I searched the web to solve this problem and I found that to use a code in the dialer *#*#526#*#* to load a driver. And yes it says wrong number and ends the call.
But when i tried by tapping the WIFI toggle and immediately dialed that code the WIFI turned ON !!!!!!
Now the problem is : I should dial every time i need to turn the WIFI ON .
Please help me with this problem.

Hey guys!
I own a Samsung Galaxy S Duos.
The issue is quite clear from the Title itself.
The connection to the wifi cuts off randomly without any warning and I have to restart the whole modem.
I have been facing this issue for quite sometime and here are the apparent soluiions I tried:
- Turning off the cell and restarting it.
-Turning off the wifi (on the cell) and turning it back on.
-Forgeting the network and connecting it back again.
-Resetting the cell.
- Re-flashing the stock firmware. (It was a clean re-install)
I have done all these and still the issue persists .
I am quite sure that its not the modem's problem because I have got a number of other devices connected simultaneously to the same modem and all of the devices are connected to it flawlessly.
I have been googling for this issue throughout and couldnt find any solutiom for this.... so someone please help me....
P.S My cell works fine with other wifi networks........ So far I havent had any issues with other wifi networks maybe because I havent connected to it long enough

Hmmmmm thats strange...
Your phone should have an error with the wifi drivers so try to flash the stock firmware of your phone.
Here is a guide by me
I had also faced this problem when i was using gingerbread. So, i made a backup of my phone and factory reseted it/wiped data using cwm and after reboot my problem was solved:good:
YOU can also try flashing stock rom using odin as stated by danyznd123
BUT FIRST MAKE A BACKUP
