Very Easy & safe way to FLASH CWM RECOVERY in any Android Device
steps:->
1. Downlaod CWM recovery.img
2: download recovery manager from HERE now Copy CWM recovery.img in SD card, now install the recovery manager.apk normally
3. Now open the recovery manager app you recently installed.
4. Click on recovery in app menu.
5. There click on install recovery
6. Then click on the recovery image name of ‘recovery.img’
7. Let the app install the recovery. after it done a message will show.
current recovery : unrecognized…. just ignore it.
That’s all now you have installed your recovery

1. Download MTK6577 Drivers.zip and unzip/extract on your Windows PC, just run InstallDriver.exe to install drivers.
2. Download CWM Recovery v6.0.2.8 + MT6577 Scatter.zip and SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1222
3. Now open extracted SP Flash Tool folder and run Flash_tool.exe
4. Click on "Scatter-loading" button which is on the right side below Downloading Agent. A new window will open. Browse to the extracted CWM Recovery v6.0.2.8 + scatter folder and select MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt file.
5. Flash tool will populate the Map file on the application window. You will see multiple entries. Uncheck all entries except for RECOVERY.
6. Now click on "Download".or Press " F9 " Warning message will occur, but ignore that and click Yes.
7. You will see in the status bar below "Searching", now connect your phone (without battery inserted) via the USB cable.
8. Wait for the process to finish and then you will get a window showing green circle.

Note: If you get any error in SP Flash Tool, then recheck your MTK drivers installation or manually install them through device manager.
Booting into CWM recovery is the same as in the stock recovery. Switch on the phone with "Volume Up" and "Power" button Pressed. The Phone will boot into CWM!

I want to flash stock rom on my micromax a90s. i did not take backup before rooting but i took a backup with mobileuncle tk tools after rooting my phone only. Is there a way i can get back my stock ROM. please explain the processs. Eagerly waiting

Very Easy & safe way to FLASH CWM RECOVERY Without having PC
steps:->
1. Downlaod TWRP Recovery v2.4.2.0 extract it and copy recovery.img only to root of your SD Cards
2: download MobileUncleTools for MTK from the attachments and install it as normal apps
3. Now open MobileUncleTools apps you recently installed.
4. grant Superuser permissions
5. There click on recovery update menu
6. Then click on the recovery image name of ‘recovery.img’
7. Let the app install the recovery. after it automatically reboot your device in to recovery
8. now remove battery from device and reinsert it and then reboot device to recovery using volume up + power key
done your TWRP is appears there

Note : This method requires a rooted mobile
1. Download Mobile Uncle Tools from here app and install it and provide superuser permissions when prompted
2. Now keep the recovery.img provided in the cwm+scatter.rar or Twrp_2.4.4.0.rar file into the root of your sdcard
3. Now select "Recovery update" option
4. Click yes if prompted . This will install cwm on your device
5. Now switch off your Phone and press Power+Volume Up button to enter recovery
6. If anything goes wrong i am posting stock recovery as well
7. Flash stock Recovery if anything goes wrong

Try flashing using second method i.e. mobile uncle tools method and report me if it still persist . The recovery is Power+volume UP

the first method(sp flashtool never works) and flashing via mobile uncle tools completes but phone doesnt boot in recovery so could you please say or post here the source from where you have got the recovery so that i can find the solution for my problem

Try this mobile uncle tool apk . The latest version gave me some problems at the start too . i have posted this in the main thread . i will post the pics of cwm on celkon a98 as soon as my friend gives me .

This is base from the ZTE V987 ported to Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0
HOW TO FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY
You Need to be ROOTED FIRST! Before Proceeding
Download and install the Mobile Uncle MTK Tool in the Google Play Store
Download any of the Custom Recoveries that you have chosen [HERE]
Be sure it is renamed to recovery.img or else it will not be detected
Copy the recovery.img into your SDCARD
Open the Mobile Uncle MTK Tool
Click Recovery Update
You will see the recovery.img in the that screen click that it will prompt “Are you sure to flash recovery!” click OK
Reboot your Phone.
TIP: TO ACCESS THE RECOVERY MODE TURN OFF YOUR PHONE AND PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME DOWN + POWER BUTTON AND WAIT FOR IT TO LOAD THE RECOVERY MODE.

Copy the file 4.2.1_LEWA_OS5_29.09.13_04-41-35_signed.zip to your SD Card or Internal Phone Memory
Turn of Phone and press and Hold Volume Down + Power Button to Boot to Custom Recovery
Click Wipe
Click Factory Reset, then Cache, then Dalvik and Android Secure
Click Back button located in the lower right corner
Click Install and look for the file 4.2.1_LEWA_OS5_29.09.13_04-41-35_signed.zip
Wait for it to finish and Reboot
HOW TO FLASH VIA CWMR
Copy the flashable file 4.2.1_LEWA_OS5_29.09.13_04-41-35_signed.zip to your SD Card or Internal Phone Memory
Turn of Phone and press and Hold Volume Down + Power Button to Boot to Custom Recovery
Use the Volume Up, Volume Down, and Power Button to Navigate to the CWMR Interface
{REQUIRED} First Select Backup and Restore, and select OK and wait for it to finish
Next is select Wipe Data Factory/Reset and wait for it to finish
and then select Wipe cache partition
and last is select Install Zip from SDCARD, and look for the file that you have copied on your phone so it depends if you copied it on your internal phone memory or SDcard just choose the right storage.
and look for the file 4.2.1_LEWA_OS5_29.09.13_04-41-35_signed.zip and select it and select YES and just wait for it to finish
Reboot your Phone

you still need to port some files to make it compatible for razor

system ui stops while opening apps and games in landscape mode
I have ported this lewa rom but system ui always
stops in landscape mode....pls help if someone
