bluetooth problem - can't hear caller but they can hear me - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hopefully someone has heard of an issue like I'm having
I have a pair of Bluebuds X - they pair fine with my Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 [international version] - they transmit music just as their supposed to - but when I make a phone call or someone calls me - they can hear me but I can't hear them - speakerphone works as it should
The earbuds work fine on any other device that I've tested them on so it's not a problem with them - a pair of wired earbuds work with no problem too
In settings > bluetooth -I have both phone audio and music audio boxes selected - I've even tried selecting one at a time
I've just tried another pair of Bluetooth headsets with the Note and I'm having the exact same trouble with them
Any help would be appreciated

[Q] ViperSAGA v1.0.0 sound and bluetooth issue

I have installed ViperSAGA v1.0.0 on my phone and it is running real smooth.
But I have 2 issues that I need some help with:
1. When I listen to music or a book the sound is distorted, it sounds horrible.
2. I´ve connected my bluetooth headset, Sony/Ericson MW600, and it was discovered OK. Playing music works but when I tried a phonecall the person that I called could not hear me. Even when I turned off the headset the problem remained. Only solution to get the microphone to work again was by rebooting the phone. Have tested the different sound options but no improvement.

[Help please] Parrot MKi9100 problem

Right here is my issue.
In my card I have a Parrot MKi9100 bluetooth device. It is running on the latest 2.2 firmeware and has had a factory reset.
My Nexus 5 is running stock 4.4.2
The two devices will pair but not fully. Incoming calls can be answered but thats about it.
- The Parrot is not syncing the phonebook.
- And most annoyingly audio streaming isn't working. Google Music thinks it is streaming, the bluetooth icon in the app is blue (on) and the phone isn't playing music from its speaker. BUT no sound is coming out of the car system. Also if I go to bluetooth audio on the Parrot the phone isn't showing. If I go to settings > paired devices my phones isn't showing. Despite the homescreen of the Parrot saying "Nexus 5"
I am utterly confused. Is there some compatibility issue with the bluetooth the phone uses?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really want music in my car again

Android Lollipop Bluetooth sounds are intermittent/choppy

Hi, Use now android 5.0 Lollipot on may Nexus 5. Flashed via fastboot , rooted and everything is working correctly, except bluetooth.
I have Bluetooth Headset Jabees IS901 and I have problem playing music. I get intermittent / choppy sound.
it supports Bluetooth v3.0 with EDR, compatible with Bluetooth v2.1/v2.0 (Operating Range 10m) and Bluetooth profiles are HFP/HSP/A2DP/AVRCP.
Can it be headset problem or is it related with android lollipop?
Maybe someone owns same headset and can confirm this, or I just got faulty headset?
