Hi, Use now android 5.0 Lollipot on may Nexus 5. Flashed via fastboot , rooted and everything is working correctly, except bluetooth.
I have Bluetooth Headset Jabees IS901 and I have problem playing music. I get intermittent / choppy sound.
it supports Bluetooth v3.0 with EDR, compatible with Bluetooth v2.1/v2.0 (Operating Range 10m) and Bluetooth profiles are HFP/HSP/A2DP/AVRCP.
Can it be headset problem or is it related with android lollipop?
Maybe someone owns same headset and can confirm this, or I just got faulty headset?

Hi
I have Nexus S and Kenwood KDC-x994. I can successfully use nexus s as a source of music for kenwood via Bluetooth.
The only problem is that subwoofer does not work when I use Nexus S as a source. It works with any other source.
Is thereany setting in Android which prevents passing low basses from smartphone to car radio?
Might be car radio a source of the problem ?
Have anybody got such a problem?
Same problem...
I have the same problem..kenwood unit streaming via bluetooth.. ipod..cds and tuner work great but as soon as bluetooth gets the switch its a no go.. i can change the bass in my speakers but not in the subwoofer itself.. its weird..have you found any luck?
I have a rooted HTC Inspire and flash revolution rom 5.1.11. However, I cannot stream the sound or music to my A2DP bluetooth headset(Jawbone Icon thinker). Actually the reason I bought this headset is to stream sound of apps to my Bluetooth headset. After I rooted my phone, the phone cannot pair with my Garmin GPS either. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Thanks
figure out. the reason is simple. I have to upgrade the firmware of the bluetooth headset. After getting the latest upgrade, everything is ok.

Hi All,
When I bought My Tab 2 3100, it was running 4.1.1. I got hm110 bluetooth mono headset as an offer. It was working perfectly fine for listening to music too. But after few minor upgrades, i can use my bluetooth headset only to make calls and not for listening to music.
when i use play via bluetooth option on music player, it doesn't discover my device. i have tried another bluetooth too but still not getting recognized.
both works well on my old nokia mobile.
kindly help.
I have a good BT headset, am using Android with stock Android 7.0. Audio plays fine through the BT headset but for some reason the mic function is not properly recognized. I tested with Easy Voice Recorder. When I switch to record to with BT in that app, it says it can't recognize BT device. But it is clearly recording through BT (I left the phone in one room, and went to another room and whispered into my BT and it recorded it fine).
Any ideas what's going on here? I can live with this functionality in this app, but I use another app called TextNow (for VOIP calling) and it also doesn't recognize the BT and there's no workaround there.
Phone: Moto G5
Stock OS: Android 7.0
BT headset: LG HBS-A100 Active Plus
I've noticed this behavior on other phones as well. Could it be something to do with the headset? I don't really know where to start with troubleshooting.
