Obviously, coz none of the CM10 bugs are now remaining due to ROM or porting of ROM. Now all possible fixes will be there whenever the kernel 3.0 is ready fir i9003.
But yes due to Open source may be we can get some additional features that is not present currently.

Well lets hope somehow it will be better. But I dont think so.....I am going to flash now, download has been completed.

He just sort removing gapps
I left as the source port are integrated gapps version 4.0.3-4 it seems
It is therefore more recommended to stay legally with xda rules

Hmmm Okay...
Not that well... !!
The op says butter but there is nothing as such butter...
in my S3 which is ruuning leaked Jelly bean 4.1.1...Like u can feel real butter the transitions and animations are like so smooth !!
but in this build the animations are wierd...the scrolling is not smooth but it feels like a sudden chaneg in the homescreen when u swipe...!!!
not keeping this ROM reverted back to The Frankenstain^Mod !!

Yes. You can call part 2 an add on. Alireza even did this for his/her previous ROM where part 1 is the base ROM and the other parts are like addons

Yes , If you have SlimBean Alpha2 you can ignore part 1 but in installation you should install part 1&2 for complete installation.
But the best method is what I said in first post

This ROM is a mixture of Paranoid Android, AOKP, and Cyanogen Mod. Features from all three of these ROMs in one ROM. How much better can it get?
Warning... This ron runs the ns4g nitest kernel. You must be on ns4g modem to get data. If you decide to flash, i am not responsible for anything you mess up because you are a noob. If you have questions ask before you flash. If your phone becomes too sexy...not a problem, girls will love your swag...
If you are not currently running the ns4g modem, you can get one of the modem flashables here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1077168
Or flash the latest cm10 AIO ns4g patch located in the ns4g AIO modem patch thread located in our development forum before flashing the ROM. May need to reboot to recovery and flash a second time to get modem to stick. Then flash as normal. ROM, gapps, inverted gapps.

Will give it a go, was trying to port jellybam, and had similar problems with paranoid settings. You can try (not sure how successfully it will be) to pull the paranoid.apk from /apps, and the paranoid folder from /etc from the paranoid port we have and put it into your port... worth a shot...

I did try using the paranoid preferences.apk from our rom instead with a no go. I will try what you suggested and see.

Even though you have that lovely NS4G modem disclaimer/warning, you should at least provide the modem flashable file or link to that thread's OP with the file and flashing directions. Ya know, considering having that modem is a requirement to use data on this ROM.

this rom didn't use any modem fix from bt or any involvement with your port the rest of the thanks seem good.
kernel is based from didhiys but customized and no longer just nitest.
also there's a version with gapps included

I only got as far as flashing HellyBean, seems to not have taken. Phone rebooted and stuck at TWRP. Ran thru a quick odin to get back to my setup, so no problem. But what could be the problem? Should I install the modem first?

So you guys want to experience KitKat?​We all know about Samsung update policy for older devices. We won't be receiving 4.4 KitKat update before the
end of 2014 or in mid 2014. So I made an KitKat modpack that will convert your 4.3 ROM into KitKat look.

I've spent countless of hours to make this MOD. I worked on this mod till midnight theming each and every icons,App and Toggles and put in all my efforts to make it perfect. Many times I had bootloops and even lost my imei! So please consider a Donation if you like my work and want to support me.
Credits-
Thanks to willl03 for using few of his icons.

Instructions
1.Download the pack from above post.
2.Place it in sd-card.
3.Reboot into recovery(Philz recommended) and flash.(No wipe needed)
4.Now reboot.
5.You will get this screen on startup
Select KK Launcher as default.
6.Do basic setup according to your preference.
7.You will see two Clock apps.One Stock tw app and another 4.4 app.I didn't deleted the stock app because many of you need it. So hide the one you don't use.

I didn't included my themed SecPhone.apk in the package because it creates conflict with different ROMs. I've provided the download link of my theme which you can use it separately. If you want to use my icons,you can use it freely and distribute it but you must give me proper credits for it.

wow.. finally!! been used 4.4 launcher for quite long time but this one is perfect.. work in all 4.3 based rom?

what rom have you tried? i face many force close in prerooted stock rom.. gonna try clean wipe

I tested this on Phoenix rom but it should be compatible with every 4.3 roms. Not sure about stock..

Yes it should..but take a nandroid backup first just to be safe. I've tested this on Phoenix rom and its working like charm.

weird.. it does not boot in prerooted stock rom.. lets other try in other rom and see how..

SecPhone or SecContacts?
If seccontacts then no need to worry. It will only theme it,doesn't matters whether you are on 240 or 320dpi.

Its the phone app. I removed it from the package because it creates conflict with different roms. If you have knowledge of decompiling and compiling,you can use my themed icons that has been provided in 3rd post.

i was on kit kat rom few days back and the reason was only new dialer new contacts kit kat icons but now back to phoenix as battery drain was heavy there and just i saw this thread omg u made it now i can enjoy stability of phoenix with kitkat flavour thank u very much

I can't find contacts and dialer.dn3 rom.

I guess you are on ODEXED rom? Isn't?
This is for DEODEXED roms only. There's nothing wrong with this MOD to create a fc condition.
Try it on Deodexed rom and it will be fine.
