[Q] Forgot to root, flashed CM 9, Stuck on splash screen - T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide

I had followed the root instructions found here : forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1801106
I did the HTC dev bootloader unlock...
Installed Clockwork Mod Recovery, Created a backup, then flashed the CyanogenMod 9.1.0 .... Stuck on boot screen ever since. I realized I screwed up and forgot to actually root my phone, So I went back into Clockwork Recovery and restored the backup, Still stuck on 4g slide boot screen!!!
I just put Superuser on my SD card, I'm going ot install it and see if that makes a difference since restoring didnt do anything.
I'm going to cry if I broke my phone! Help
Update: Cant even install Superuser, It errored and aborted

Using Clockwork mod, do a complete wipe of the phone, install CM 9.1 through CWM, then reboot to the bootloader and fastboot flash the boot.img file from the CM 9.1 ROM ZIP.

Nexus One doesn't load past the multicoloured logo

Ok I have a massive problem here. Last night I decided to use the 1 click universal root app to root my phone and flash it to get CM.
I downloaded the app did the root, downloaded clockworkmod then did a clockworkmod recovery. After that finished i was given a pre-root option to backup my phone and wipe data/storage.
I only chose back up my phone. My nexus one then rebooted and proceeded to backup my phone then it went to install CM 6 RC2.. After this had finished it then rebooted and went to the multicoloured animation where the colours ceom from the left and right..
Here it would continuously loop and never do anythign else. With this I pulled the battery and loaded into recovery where I was in ClockworkMod. I then proceeded to use the recovery and as it was doing the recovery it just froze and the progress bar nor any words would come up.
From here I pulled the battery again did a soft/hard reset but it would hang on the loading animation again. I then did a wipe data/clean option and now it just hangs on the X logo.
On my sdcard I still have the clockworkmod folder with the backup, nandroid, system and all the other files as well. Vodafone Australia have no stock of the Nexus One at all and won't be getting anymore in since it's a finished product
I barely have any cash for a new phone and need to know asap what to do to fix this problem! If anyone can help!
When you installed Cyanogen CM6 did you install the proper baseband also or you just didn't write it down for us? If you had 2.2 on the phone before you rooted the baseband is ok for CM6.
Did you try hooking your phone with USB and try if ADB interface works? If your computer sees the phone via fastboot?
IF fastboot works, you could always restore your stock recovery and install a stock FRF91. (And then try again with CM6, this time installing the proper baseband AND WIPING like you should when installing CM6!!)
When installing custom ROMs always read the install instructions whole first then install.

[Q] noob -- stuck in a boot loop, tried the 2.20 unlock method.

I followed the steps from this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1952038
I successfully unlocked my phone and installed TWRP recovery, but that's as far as I can get. I tried to flash the latest CM10 nightly but hit an error when I run the zip, saying that the MD5 file is not found. I also tried to separately flash the boot.img from the CM10 zip, but it didn't help.
I've cleared my cache and factory wiped (through recovery), but I'm still stuck in the boot loop and can't get to the OS. Please help!!
I think the problem might be that I never actually rooted the phone, despite having unlocked it. Is there a way to root my phone via recovery, since I can't actually boot into it?
I tried to install RebelMod, but i hit an error saying "Unable to mount /data" -- I'm assuming that's because it's unrooted?
you want to root a stock ROM?
flash superuser downloads.noshufou.netdna-cdn.com/superuser/Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip
update: i managed to flash RebelMod successfully (according to TWRC) by running the zip file, but I'm still stuck in the boot loop even after doing a Factory Reset thru TWRC.
am I missing something?
wait a sec -- I got it working after I flashed the boot.img with fastboot.

cant boot into rom if its not on stock recovery?

got the phone yesterday, then installed the OTA update , then when i got back home i unlocked the bootloader from htcdev site. Then went to fastboot and flashed the cwm recovery touch, installed the su libs, did a backup ,factory reset and wipe cache, installed cm 10.0 and gapps , after restart it was unable to boot.now i know this is because of s-on.So i restored the backup and then installed goo manager from play store and flashed twrp recovery in order to try cm 10.1 with its aroma installer.during the installation of cm 10.1 i choose the newest tmo radio and after that i installed the htcdumlock and then THIS IS WHERE THE THINGS WENT WRONG i choose one of the other options in twrp i think restore recovery and then the option on the right side on the screen but it didn't able to finish it so i restarted the phone and now it stays on the the red warning text , unless i install boot.img from MaximusM fastboot toolkit or something witch gives me the option to choose recovery from fastboot witch actually somehow boots the ROM. forgot to mention that i had problems with the sd card mounting under twrp after i flashed cm 10.1 so i had to revert back and then between stock recovery witch actually makes the phone to boot in the stock rom and the other two custom recovery`s
so i have downloaded the tmo ruu and before im trying to relock the device i just want to ask am i on the right way with this??
Its OK i figured it out

[Q] Stuck On Custom ROM Loading Screen

Hello everyone
i am new to xda and Android
i have a htc evo 3d smartphone, i unlocked the bootloader via htc dev method and rooted phone by binary4 script. next i installed rom manager and clock work mod recovery. i downloaded the wild-for-night 8th feb 2013 android 4.2.2 zip file and gapps. i installed these two zip however my phone is always stuck in boot logo of cm screen. i tried installed 3 other roms but the same problems happen. no matter how many times i try to wide data/factory reset, cache, delvic and system is still is stuck. i have also tried flashing the boot file in the zip but that makes it even worse it boot halfway then keeps rebooting forever, i fixed that but restoring the boot from a nandroid backup i made from the official rom. after 5 weeks of searching i still couldn't find any solution.:crying:
any help will be appreciated thanks
i am s-on hboot 1.53.0007 and my evo is gsm
sorry guys i forgot to mention that i have tried various other recover including 4ext. in 4ext after installing custom rom phone goes to the custom rom logo and then keeps rebooting i have to flash the ruu backups boot.img file in order to install the original backup back on

S-On, no ROM installed, can't install custom ROM

I unlocked my HTC One Mini then flashed CWM.
I then tried to flash superuser.zip but I couldn't access the sdcard. I read that this was due to the sd not being fat32 so I formatted it in CWM.
This allowed me to put superuser.zip on but I believe it wiped the OS as the SDcard is not external.
So I tried to install CM11 from CWM but I got status (0) and status (7) errors.
I then tried to install a stock ROM and it got halfway through installing update then stopped making any progress so I pressed the power button and it broke CWM. I had to wait for the battery to power down to get back to fastboot.
I followed the advice in this thread (s-on-and-want-to-flash-roms-read-this on androidforums) and tried to use "fastboot boot recovery.img". The advice was to do this and then recovery can access /boot so can write the ROM kernal with S-On. However this just froze the fastboot screen until I held the power button, and then when I restarted the phone it just went to fastboot as did recovery in the bootloader.
I then flashed TWRP and that is where I am now.
I have TWRP in /recovery and the phone is S-On. I haven't tried installing a ROM from TWRP but I imagine the result will be the same as from CWM. As you can probably tell I'm not experienced with this, I successfully installed CM on an HTC desire a couple years ago so I thought this would be easy. I'm guessing I need S-Off to install a ROM, but is it possible to get S-Off without a ROM already installed (with Rumrunner for example)?
Basically I'm stuck, I don't know what to do and any help would be greatly appreciated.
