I've xperia J rooted and it's performance seems very low..even a 5mb game doesn't works on my mobile it crashes! when i tried spiderman and nfs shift all I see is white blank screen with just speedometer or hp meter lol! totally unfit or something wrong with the way I use my mobile? Any help would be appreciated!
There must be something wrong with your device. I play Spiderman,NOVA 3,Real Racing 3,etc possibly without any lag.

Do a reboot or reset your phone, even in my tipo, i can play games like asphalt 7, dead trigger and many others.
Have you overclocked your device? I don't think anything wrong with my device i just flashed it again and did OTA to JB except the ram is always around 80% occupied and nothing could be done over it..

try to reflash JB firmware or repair using Sony PC Companion,then try to download games from Play Store.

I've reflashed twice it doesn't help , tried advanced task killer and several startup manager still nothing could be done. Hate my Xperia!
Can you drop it to ics then using flashtool? Just check if ics would make it better. If not, you can try ask your seller.

Clearly the issue is with the ram but i can't do anything they all restart and occupy entire ram ..

since u hve rooted ur device it is easy to remove all the useless system apps that eat away the ram
I've removed google+, chrome, sony center, still not much help.
What about some simple games like temple run (1)? Still lag? Looks like hardware issue. Do you have another J to compare? The easy way is to ask the dealer who sold you the phone, and bring the good J just to compare it.

One week ago I have a problem with my tipo.
When I type a message it very slow responsive and became incorect word. Very uncomfortable when I type a messages. Then at saturday (ihave free day just at saturday, because i am working as weel) I decide to bring my tipo to Sony Mobile Service Centre nearest my home, which is aprox 60km from my home.
Then I ask to officer, what happen to my Tipo?
They said that my tipo have a problem with calibration system. But they also didn't know yet why it is happen. (I little bit confuse with them)..How they can say like that..Come on, they are Sony officer not illegal servicer.
after 10 minutes the brought my Tipo to their back room ( I didn't what they do), my Tipo became normally again. I can type messages well..
But after one day my Tipo get well, at sunday my Tipo has a same problem again. Even I didn't do anything with my Tipo (install apps etc).
I try to download TouchFWToolsAP_Sony-Ericsson.apk, then I ran it but still not work..my touchscreen still strannge for me..
It is make me angry so much..
What sould I do to repair this calibration again?? not possible to bring again and again my phone to service centre because it is to far???????
Try using repair with pc companion. Then calibrate it again if problem persists.

Return to Sony, tell you already serviced it once earlier, and ask for replacement. They may give a new one..

I'm using stock 4.2.2 for a week almost. Flashed it with Odin, absolutely no problems.
The rom works fast, smooth and the battery life is great ..
BUT
My phone is using about 500-600 RAM and that leaves me just about 250(+-) free ...
Is this normal? And if not, what coud be the problem?
The phone is not rooted but I think if i root it and get rid of all bloatware ram will be released.

Usually its enough, but you can remove bloatware from samsung for example game hub, samung apps but you will find more

Um, I used supercharger V6 on my LG L3 E400 ( :laugh: ) and I remember that i needed to flash it with CMW. Is the procedure the same with SGSII+ ? How can i supercharge my phone?
Jajaja I have an lg e400 no isn't the same. Just google it and find the official topic on xda. Then follow the instructions. Thats all.. and use the option 5 (multitasking)

With Android, too much free RAM is wasted RAM. You don't really have to worry about it unless you're constantly down to, like, 20mb or something. The way Android manages processes is different from a PC.

as long as ur battery improved,i don't seems to see any problem with ram increased. i have same amount of ram usage as yours,yet playing dungeon hunter 4 not a problem for the device.

I tried supercharger now too
I ran antutu and i got a better 3d graphic performance
I have had installed real racing too and it freezing all the time. I got lag too. Ram was free about 150mb. When I removed it my phone running better. I think is the way you use your phone. If you have a lot of apps installed am totally sure about that you will have lags.

I think you should remove all the samsung's apps
Some Xperia Play has a problem: when you try to run Dead Trigger it get stuck on loading screen. I searched on google and I found this video that shows how to fix that problem.
Just one problem: the app that he used for this isn't compatible with ICS

week ago i installed 4.1.2 jb android and today i saw a new gaming rom .... for tipo so i decided to try it...
so i cleared internal and sd memory and turned off the phone and now it just dont want to start ..... even with a charger or fastboot/flashmode it just stays off ....

Try to charge your battery with external charger for long time.
Remove bettery & connect your phone with volume down button and insert battery.it may detect your phone on flashtool,if ur lucky

When you explain your problem you should tell the whole story, not just snippets.
You did the swap internal and external sdcards vold.fstab trick first didn't you?
That's why your phone is bricked. Happenned me too and Sony had to send me a new phone.

I originaly had a UK 02 version of xperia z1, and had some issues with it when messing, i then flashed C6903_14.1.G.1.518_Generic UK_1276-0875_R8A.ftf firmware on it as i believed it was the stock one, and it works almost perfectly except i get no signal or service, just the red x next to the transparent signal bars. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it, have i put the wrong rom on there?

I'm sorry, you must take your phone to Sony Service, my Xperia Tipo has the same problem you didn't flash the correct firmware, although they may seem the same, the aren't you Should have gotten the firmware according to your device build number for example mine:
Sony Xperia Tipo [St21i]
I'm very sorry but your phone is completely useless until you take it to service, it cannot recognize you Sim card even though you can input your pin.
If you can find the correct firmware and flash it relock the boot loader unroot it and return it to sony.

I'm sorry but no you must take it back to Sony or you can try pc companion, but I doubt it will work.
