I can't give valuable feedback because how the board permissions are set up. I don't want to get into how the board should be ran and I will not. I am a website owner myself as well as a developer in PHP, VB, ASII, and JavaScript.

Device is rooted but nothing really changed under the hood, just some minor system performance tweaks and gps fix.

Hi guys, I have a small problem and I am hoping someone can help me a little. Basicly what happened is after updating to mango I was unable to open my work webpages. I work as a flight attendant and I have 2 webpages from work that I must check everyday (company mail and flight schedual). Before updating to mango they worked without problems. I know my company website has some problem with the certificate but never the less it used to work but now after the update they dont work anymore... I enter username and password and I can only see blank page and the loading bar (coloured line) stay at about 90% for a while and after a while it reaches 100% but nothing happens. My phone is a LG optimus 7. one of the pages is: HTTPS :// oword dot airitaly dot it/

I suggest you rollback to NoDo for now.
It could be a bug or it be that the website is incompatible with Internet Explorer 9.
The problem is similar to one I have found with the Scandinavian Airlines mobile internet site and appears to be caused by the User-Agent String of IE9 reporting:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows Phone OS 7.5; Trident/5.0; IEMobile/9.0; <manufacturer>; <model> [;<operator])
The previous versions reported:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows Phone OS 7.5; Trident/3.1; IEMobile/7.0; <manufacturer>; <model> [;<operator])
I think this is the issue. There are several pages that work in IE9 on a PC but fail when the mobile browser UA is used.
Could any suggest a tool or trick that could shift the UA in Windows Phone 7 in a similar way to that which is possible in the desktop version using the F12 tools?
An app that switched between Mozilla/4.0 and Mozilla/5.0 would be very useful...
Do none of the optional browsers use flags that would cause a page to display properly?

I'm looking for tool that mirrors the android tablet screen on a PC as I would like to use it to demo the app that is developed. Could you point me in right direction? I wonder how did the guys at Google I/O 2014 got so great smoothness when screen sharing on their N5 devices?
I don't want to use TeamViewer as I find it too slow -- preferable the frame rate should be 15 or more FPS.
I've found BBQScreen DEMO in Google Play (can't provide direct link due to anti spam rules) that looks promising but apparently their website is down for coupe of days. Maybe someone has the installation package for windows client?

i bought an EasyCap (version UTV007) frame grabber and
bought the EasyCap Viewer from the android Play Store,
installing it on my android devices:
- Acer Iconia Tab A500 ( nvidia tegra 2 with Android 4.03)
- Created (Alps) N7 (mt6592 with Android 4.4.2)
- Xiaomi M2S (qualcomm snapdragon, Miui JLB54.0 (V5))
In the app description i read that this application should work on most devices,
but i runned it on my devices, and the only device that works with this application is the last, the Xiaomi M2S
In the 'Acer A500' when i start the application, i get a black screen and the appl is not responding.
In the 'Created N7' the application starts normally, but i dont see the video coming from the camera when i connect it.
For the 'Created N7' sent the easycap application log report to the developer (Autodroid), but after a first (not working) answer on how to fix the problem, i have no more feedback from him.
For the 'Acer A500' i cannot send the application log report, so i activated the LOGCAT and sent it to the developer, and also for this i have no feedback yet.
I would like to make the app work with at least one of the two devices (the Acer or the Created N7), because they have a big screen..(10" and 7"),
so i can view my camera better than on Xiaomi M2S (too small 4" screen to see videos)
so i need some suggestion from some expert android developer that could help me to investigate the cause of the problem
(looking the logcat, seems the appl in the Acer stop working a few seconds after start, loading the streaming library... and instead in the Created N7, seems there is some problem getting the video signal...)
Could you help me to find the answers to fix the appl problems on these two devices?
Or, if this appl cannot work, can you suggest me some alternative appl/frame grabber that can work with my devices?

I logged into the forum today from my win10 laptop and everytime I open a page in the forum, an executable file called USNC is downloaded. Any other members facing this?
What is this? Is it a bug? A virous? Or should I install it so as to be able to surf the forum better?
Any advise will be appreciated.

This happens either with a Windows 10 PC or MAC.
What is it about? virus? malware?

It's a broken targeted advert link
They are broken advertising links from a company called Feature Forward. You know those ad videos that play on all sorts of different websites, including this one? Ever wonder how they work? A targeted ad gets sent to your browser. Somehow these are broken, and all you get is an empty file with no extension. But if you check the packet data its an active link to a file traceable to a domain in Washington. Registered under Feature Forward.

However the XDA site is affected only. But I don't have any idea to get rid of it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Same here. I was about to start a new thread and find many guys facing same issue.
Its annoying. Any thread / forum i click, this file gets downloaded automatically.
The same thing happens on anandtech and other sites. Hard to say if it was 100% legit to begin with or if it was a drive by download operation that has just been shut down.
i m also facing same issue and this file keep downloading automatically in my android as well as pc both running on same wifi network and i found that a new folder named file is formed in my download path which is not deleting if i try to delete then comes back in next second and its occupiying my storage it is behaving like some sort of virus how to get rid of this
Those using chrome i just installed Adblock & Adblock Plus and its gotten rid of the downloads

getting the annoying USNC file thing too. and confirm it's on anandtech as well. if it's a broken advert, then guessing removing the rogue advert from the site would sort it no?
i also used internet explorer just to check if its chrome problem and it said "Do you want to open or save usnc from cs.ffbtas.com?"
Anybody any idea?
