Does anybody know a 4.0.x launcher for ics that will allow me to hide apps?
Or has any hide app been successfully tested with ics?

I use ADW on my Galaxy Nexus

Apex launcher hides apps in the app drawer.

Laucher pro ex does have the option to hide aplication

Nova launcher can hide apps

Nova launcher gives you these options and then some. You can put widgets, folders, I'm the app try. The app try is also scrollable (left to right)

I like the tw launcher too. Its a good launcher that has all the ones I use on a daily basis Idk why everyone hates it

Honesty though, its all preferqnce really, but power users hate ALL stock launchers, tw included

About apex launcher

I am currently using apex launcher for my Samsung s2.. And was about to upgrade before I saw. You battery... I saw that it is using 13 percent of my battery not why it does not that.. Actually other launcher apps do not do that.. Can you please help

Depends what you exactly want.
Apex and Holo Launcher (s) both are smooth, fast and feature rich.
I like the stock CM9 launcher Trebuchet. It's simple and perfect for me

what launcher uses minimum ram, is simple and fast?

Lightning Launcher. Use free mode if you don't want a grid layout. It doesn't have a dock although you can set one up if you want to. It only has one home screen though it can scroll "infinitely" in any direction. You can download a addon if you really want multiple pages.
It takes a while to learn how to set everything up but it's one of the most customizable launchers around.
