Wow dude, It is way tough working without a PC ... anyways , i think we can get together and work out its flaws and make it workable ... the initial impress on is very good .. great work man.. the rom is gorgeous
but I could not test it for long and had to revert to old rom as was expecting a call... will let you know as i will be testing further tomorrow for any further bugs
Dude,i would also suggest you include karbonn a9 and ktouch w690 in search keywords for this thread, more people can find this thread and test your rom

waiting for next version with rather than battery symbol please add battery meter with digit like remaining battery 80% like.
Dude kinghacker, shall i prepare a list of bugs which could be used to improve the rom for next version?

5. Settings > display > brightness force closes
6. Landscape view transition does not seem to happen

Ok, i am having a scary touchscreen issue with my Canvas2. Its like ghost touches...automatic touches on the screen.
I had put the "show touches" option in Developer Settings to ON and then i found out that sudden series of automatic 'touches' appear on the left part of the screen...vertically along the length of the phone...starting approximately from the left edge of the earpiece section. These sudden surges of quick automatic touches occur suddenly out of nowhere and causes havoc by opening & selecting unnecessary menus & options...
This is really scaring the **** out of me. I tried clearing Dalvik cache, cache, etc etc but i am having a gut feeling that this is a hardware problem.
PS: the phone was neither charging nor connected to PC.
Someone please help!

Just download and install to your PC.
Note : it will work on N9002, N9005, N9006, N9008, N9009, N900W8, N900S, N900K, N900L, N900A, N900T
**I just tested with my N9005, the rest of the model are stated on the change log.
Step by step guide :
1. Open the installed program on your PC
2. Plug your device to your PC with USB debugging enabled, make sure your PC has installed the driver of your device
3. Let it run and detect your device
4. Click "Root" button on your PC
5. Keep your eye on your device, because it will pop up the admin choice, click "ok"
6. Let it run and restart for several times
7. Done

Nope.
It is a famous Android development group in China. Just like CF. They still have a Web section or mobile and PC program to find your device rom. They have a rom hub to most of the devices. And they allow users to rate the rom like we rate app in playstore.
Their work really brilliant.

Struggling
I enabled Developer Options and selected USB Debugging Mode, but the Root Program doesn't recognise that my phone is connected.
I'm pretty sure I have the right drivers installed.
Anybody else struggling with this?

Sorted, I just needed to leave it plugged in for about 10 mins before it started to install an additional driver. Now it recognises it, but there is a red cross on the picture of the phone and some Chinese writing, don't know what it means though. So not sure whether to press the green button or not now !!

Yes, I'm using Wanam Xposed properly, double checked that I have it set to 'Official' in Wanam, but it still shows as 'Custom' on both the Download Screen and the Device Status screen.
It's no big problem, but stops me downloading official updates, that's all.
So doesnt it work with N900 (exynos models)?

A friend of mine did the same. He was helped by the Karbonn Service centre guys for free as the phone was in warranty. They did not bother about root as well. You can try your luck there. You can also try bluetooth app sender to get the files from someone having the same model. that worked on a Micromax a68 recently.
