Hi guys
First of all i am noob :s please have pacience
I am using cm10 beta 6 and i wanna increase internal memory using like mount2sd or link2sd etc
I read that i need scripts , busybox, a init.d moddified but i don't know if i have that
So i need a little help and what recommend to use :mount2sd link2sd or ungaze
PS: sorry for my bad english

Ungaze is best for CM10 beta 6 as I was using it before. No harm in Mount2SD as well. For Busybox download the App from playstore.Just type Busybox and you will get a app of it's name.As for init.d support download Pimp my ROM.

Choose your script and put it in init.d
Init.d is present in /system /etc
Simple as that. If you use more than 100apps it's better you use mount2SD.
There are lot of tutorials in index

them flash with mount2sd (whitout need of config)
and to partition use ext3?

As you are still new to all the things Mount2SD(flashable) is the best.Go on.If you are doing it correctly your internal memory should increase to the partition size you have made.

with pimp my rom?

If it is giving error than use Pimp My ROM for init.d support but be careful before applying any other tweaks from pimp my ROM.
all in all.. as you have installed busy box now, install init.d from Pimp my ROM, flash mount2SD and than reboot twice.Done!

I do that. now phone is slow and sometimes apps not respond

Use any memory script with CM10b6
If you are using CM10b6 by sak, then you may use any of the Memory Script available, since the rom has init.d, busybox support. But pesonally i prefer Mounts2SD.
You will never face the "Low Memory" issue with it, if you restart the phone, which you may find in other scripts.
But remember you need to have a SD2EXT memory.
Press THANKS if it helped you!!

I have it installed already via pimp my rom, the thing is, in the Aroma installer, where you toggle the tweaks you want, it tells me to activate it somehow from the system, and that is what got me confused. It's a shame I cannot post it in the correct forum because I registered a week ago and don't have 10 posts yet.:silly:
read page 4 of the original pimp my andro thread... they are talking about the activation...

Hey there,
You should try using other scripts like Mount2sd.. If your on gingerbread. I think its safe enough to upgrade to ICS or even JB now..
Its worth a try

So i will try using mount2sd but will it work with stock rom? i updated the kernel and overclocked it to 800mhz. guess it wont cause a prob with stock kernel thing!
Most probably not.
Just to be sure, update your busybox from play.

Bro it's hard to go from link2SD to mount2SD. I suggest you do a clean install from scratch(from original stock Rom without link2SD ever having root permissions )and don't install link2SD @ all.
Having said that, if you still wanna go from link2SD to mount2SD, click my signature below ~go to scripts section there and click the final link there.

I have a problem, flash zip to recovery with aroma installer, not finish error code 2.
What problem?

The best of tweaks!!!!

Guys just try this tweak by flashing once and I guarantee that you ll experience that so called buttery smoothness both in apps as well as games. This collection of tweaks contains all the required stuff so that u don't have apply each tweak separately.
Recommended that no tweaks are applied before. Uninstall seeder if u have installed. Entropy values should not have been modified.
Just download the tweak and flash it in the recovery. You must have at least 10mb according to the developer. I recommend u to delete some useless stuff like Apollo, android keyboard, etc. U can install those stuff like normal apks.
If you want to verify that the tweaks are working just open terminal emulator and type:
Su
Directinject
Set the min free values according to how u deal with apps by typing:
Su
Rambooster
Type the following in the same to achieve zero lag in the ui:
Su
Entro
That's it! Experience real working tweak!
Tested on cm9 build 9, cm10.1 beta1.
Links:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/uuftg1nniz958ok/direct_inject_turbo_v3.0.0_official_release.zip
Do press thanks button in the developer post before downloading the tweak.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2158329
Hits thanks button anyways!!!
If you are trying to use this tweak on phones with overclocked kernels, just copy all the stuff from system folder to the respective folders in your phone and set the permissions(check all the boxes using root explorer). Use 600mhz while transferring stuff into system partition. Use any root apps to clear dalvik cache.

In simple words u just don't know how to flash.
Like I said around 10mb must be free according to developer. But the quality of the recoveries we use just won't fill the memory completely. So delete all the unwanted stuff like wallpaper apks, media files, boot animation, unwanted language packs, etc. Just make the ROM look slim. Flash it. If it boots then flash gapps. If it is flashed properly, then flash that kernel. If your phone works correctly without any apps force closing, then reboot to recovery and flash the stuff.
U can install all those stuff u deleted later. @everyone just don't post stuff like ROM not booting, etc, etc. First confirm whether the rom is booted and then flash this stuff.

OTA Update for Pico_hTC_Asia_India_1.10.720.1 to 1.31.720.3-1.13.720.4_release_230853

THIS IS A OTA UPDATE ZIP FOR Pico_hTC_Asia_India_1.10.720.1 to 1.31.720.3-1.13.720.4_release_230853
I got this update while downloading an upgrade for hTC pico stock rom link given in @immortal_yash thread Stock Rom with EXT2/3/4 file system support
When I tried to upgrade it failed and stuck on CWM recovery menu and I reinstalled fresh ROM.
My purpose of posting this thread with upgrade package is a request to DEVELOPERS if it is possible please modify this update zip so we can flash it on a rooted rom like Immortal_yash bro provided in his thread.
Download link google drive
This update pack has some interesting new feature including system wide hindi and other local language support.
It will also upgrade firmware to 1.13.720.4.
And also an optimize storage option under storage menu
AFAI remember, i was the one who posted this OTA!

Actually I have used link2sd in my previous stock rom. some times it causes linking problems and also large number of files remain in system despite using link2sd that cause instbility in apps and also low memory.
So I want init.d support in the stock rom. mount2sd or int2ext works great on CM roms that I am using in my phone. I tried many tricks available here and in market to bring init.d support in stock but failed.
I request you and other developers.....make init.d support...it would be grateful to me and many other users.
