[Q] kernel panic, upload mode on p6800 with cm 10.1 4.2.1

Hi, I installed cm 10.1 jb 4.2.1 on my GTab 7.7 3G and works great! I love the interface, it's smooth, etc. But there is one problem: kernel panic. I'm not sure what it is, but I leave it in standby and, sometimes, I see a black screen and KERNEL PANIC UPLOAD MODE
I hold the power button 10 secs. And them reboot and everything works just fine.
Q: What should I do? Do you know any jb kernel for this model?
ROM: Locera CM 10.1
Galaxy Note 2 - Android Revolution ROM, 4.1.1
Galaxy S III - Wanam Lite v5.1 ROM, 4.1.2
Galaxy Tab 7.7 3G - CM 10.1, 4.2.1
Galaxy Camera - Stock, not rooted
Galaxy tab 10.1 3G p7500 - Stock, not rooted
Galaxy S - bricked )
I've never seen that error on CM 10.1. Can you screenshot it next time? When you flash any CM ROM it comes with it's own kernel. Right now, you can't use a custom kernel with any CM builds for the GTab 7.7 unless you created your own. You also might want to post this in the CM 10.1 thread to see if any other users are experiencing this. So far, I haven't seen anyone else yet. Only random reboots and wifi disconnection when the screen locks/goes to sleep.

Well, I don’t think it is possible to make a screenshot in that condition. Also, I installed another ROM to avoid that error. But I can, however, describe what happens: black screen, something written in red in the left upper corner, an Android and next to it written in yellow, KERNEL PANIC and below UPLOAD MODE
also, where can I find this cm 10.1 thread?

[Q] AOSP and Air Kernel

Hello all,
First of all, happy new year to the xda developer community. I'm new on this forum so pardon me if my question seems to be a little bit above the level of your common posts
I'm running this ROM on my Nexus S : AOSP Strawberry Jelly Bean ROM for Nexus S! [Android 4.1.2] (found on http://nexusshacks.com)
Kernel included is from [email protected] what like 3.0.31-28_rel-gd11f-2a1.
I tried to switch to another kernel found on xda-developers forum : [KERNEL] Air Kernel [4.2.X - Weekly : #465 | 4.1.X - Final Build! ] [3.0.57]
First i did a wipe cache and then a wipe dalvik cache, then install the kernel, reboot and it optimized 84 applications but i don't see the new kernel installed in the "about this phone" menu and i can't access optimizations features.
Do i miss something ?
Happy new year
You flashed the wrong kernel. That is for GALAXY NEXUS, not NEXUS S.
Here is the AirKernel thread for Nexus S: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1469842

Ok, thank you. By the way, which one do i have to choose between here
- My ROM is AOSP but it is a jb version modified. So i guess, i am interested in this download version :
<for CM10, CM10.1, JellyBean 4.2.X & 4.1.X ROMs, ...>
※NHB : Non-High Bigmem
Download : http://sdrv.ms/VRaA6u
Am i right ?
Again, thank you,
THIS:
<Other ROMs - Stock, AOKP, ...>
※NHB : Non-High Bigmem
Download : http://sdrv.ms/VRawnv
Stock = AOSP (Android Open Source Project)

RemICS-JB v3.1 Kernel

Hi everybody! :victory:
I've just installed "RemICS-JB v3.1" ROM (HERE THE LINK) on my Galaxy S i9000.
I've seen that it has Devil Kernel pre-installed and that it's based on CyanogenMod...is right? so, can I install Semaphore Kernel? If it's possible, can I use the Lippol's cleaning kernel script?
Thanks for the answers :highfive:

[Q] Roms that run on non-Sony screen panel

After two days of flashing and searching I came to the conclusion that my Desire S has a MDDI panel... :crying:
So I need a rom with a kernel that supports MDDI, I read in the "Non-Sony Screen Panel Desire S Users Lounge + How-To" thread that the last custom rom that does support MDDI panels is CyanogenMod 10.1 Build 13 by Flinny, but I can't find that rom anywhere.
Can somebody help me out which rom I can use? Thanx :good:
for mddi only sense roms are fully working

[REQUEST] Kernel (TF300T) - Stock - 10.6.1.27.5][GRIMLOCK_Kernel_V0.8] Update

Hi to all,
Is it possible to have an update of that kernel. For example the F2FS support.
Actually I use this kernel [Kernel][TF300T/ME301T - Stock - 10.6.1.27.5][GRIMLOCK_Kernel_V0.8][Jan 3 2014] and it works pefectly with CROMi-X 5.4.
For now I don't want to switch on any KitKat rom (Cyano, Omni) because they do not have the HW acceleration that I need.
I can not post on that thread, so I open this thread.
Thx in advanced
