Hello guys,I have a problem with my S3.Yesterday I charged my phone and all was working fine,today I tried to charge my phone but it won't charge,sometimes it shows the "lightning-bolt" on the battery but doesn't charge and sometimes if I turn off my S3 and then turn on the "lightning-bolt" dissapeares.
I have flashed the phone again with Odin with the latest original firmware but nothing...Do you have an idea of what's happening with my S3?
I've tried with normal charger,with usb,with pc but nothing...I charged my battery on another S3 and worked...my S3 is not charging but I succeded to flash with Odin and that's why I'm wondering about...
And another interesting thing,I turn off the phone and I leave it like that then I plug in the charger,it turn on and shows the battery for 2 secs and then power off...

Hello All, My S3 will not do anything, Wont boot to diddely squat!! A few days ago I got home from work and I plugged it in as i do before I went to bed. When I woke up I checked my phone for msg's etc. and nothing SO I thought the charger had become unplugged (its happened before so I wnet downstairs and plugged it in to an alternate charger and nothing!! no Battery icon, when I press the power button no Samsung logo no LED indication, Thought maybe the battery was bad, tried the wife's, same thing. Took the batter out, let it set over night, Nothing!! I now get a red LED indicator when I plug it in which goes away after a minute or so. When I plug it into my computer, the computer regonizes that something plugged in but won't recognize it as a phone or any specific device.
I was running CM 10. the latest release version, and hadn't changed in a few weeks.
Any help???

i had the same issue, turns out my phone was just super dead. try leaving it on the charger for a while.then pressing the power button while its on the charger. u should see the battery charging ivon that normally shows when its charging.
wass your wife's battery charged when u tried, and can u get the phone into either download moad or recovery mode?
I have never had this issue before, if the phone was off and I plugged it in to charge it would stay off and charge and if I pressed the volume it would show a image of a battery being charged. Now when the phone is off and I plug it in the wall charger it turns off, if the phone is on and charging and I try to turn it off while charging it would power off but immediately turn back on. I am on stock at&t with their latest official update.
I have not changed anything in the phone or installed any new apps. What would be like to cause this and could it be fixed?

So that's problem? I don't see there any problem... When phone is in off state & you plug it in charger, it will show your battery charging (aka Charge only). Again if you will turn off charging phone it will always boot to charge only mode... So that's normal.

No the phone never turned on before like to the android OS, it just charged. Now it turns completely on when the phone is off and it gets plugged into the charger.
Try reflash AT&T 125 final ICS via RSD lite. That issue was on Cmdefy recovery customs roms & it was solved by installing BMM. I think you'll need to root & install BMM (aka Boot Menu Manager) to check if phone in off state turn yellowish led when connecting to charger (This feature is on BMM 0.3.4).

Yesterday when I tried to put my Samsung Galaxy s5 to charge, nothing happened. It has worked like a charm before and I can´t see why it wouldn't this time.
I first try other chargers no one worked, then I turned off the phone, but then the phone finds the charging port, because a battery with a lightning comes around for 2 seconds or so, but then it disappears and a new battery with a yellow warning triangle comes instead.
I though it was just the battery who had died, so I walked to my electronic shop today, there we tried with a new battery, but got the same result, the yellow warning.
I have also tried to Cache Wipe and Format the phone, nothing works.
If I go into download mode Odin recognize the phone.
This phone has never been rooted or custom rom.
Any suggestions to save me from send it repair?

Now I put the phone on charge for an hour, the battery was on 68% both before and after, but then I restarted the phone and now it has 93%. But it never displayed that it charged...
I have started having issues with mine as well. Idk if the charger has a short in it or what.

My phone is completely dead.
my mobile wont turn on even after charging for more than 12hrs.Only white led comes without blinking and goes after 5-10 min. Anyone hav solution?? it has 60% charge and when i tried to charge it with car charger it wont turn on afterwords..
If you can get into bootloader then flash the firmware. Probably the firmware is damaged.

Did you downgrade your ROM and then updated via OTA? If that is the case, you have probably hard bricked your phone.
nope battery was at 60% and i tried to charge with car charger since then it is not turning on.

I've got this one plus 1 (stock operating system, unrooted and locked) and he wont charge at all (when he off or on), my charger and cable are original and they do charge other one plus one (I've got 2 of them).
he wont charge with other chargers and cables.... except Samsung s7 charger when the phone turned off.
I've tried resetting the phone and it didn't help, I cant unlock and flash because the computer don't recognize it (even in fastboot mode).
I even took it a part and tested the battery... it seems ok.
I've run out of ideas :silly::silly::silly:
so if any one of u encountered this problem or have an idea ill love 2 here it
