Smartphone renders/images like those from XDA - General Topics

Hello guys. I am going to open an online store with smartphones accessories and I am looking for images of those devices like those on the left side of our forums. Where can I find some database of them and who creates them? I would like to get in touch with those ppl and ask them about using their images.
Thanks in advance!

I remember my cousin getting hold of a zip file with all the images of the current phone of the time...
He iz a blogger and regularly needs em supplement to his blog...
There are a lot of zip files that you can find online...
Just google em..
I cnt contact him as he iz having some exams.
If it's helping you it must be thanked.

VPET (Digimon)

I stumbled upon this game when browing through forum at Lowyat. I searched for it at xda but cant find anything so i thought i might share it with whoever that is interested.
This game remind me to my childhood's favourite game digimon. It contains the digimons from version 1 to 4 and you can grow 4 of them at the same time. You can also battle with them either with your own or with other people as well through wlan. but i have not tested the function yet since i just started yesterday.
For those that are interested, play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vpet
Here is the link to the author's website, digimonvpet.tumblr.com/
Note: The images and video is taken from Lowyat and doesn't belong to me.

Create you own live wallpaper

Hi,
I was searching an app to create my own live wallpaper and didn't find one that can do much thing and not too battery consuming.
So i decided to create an application that allow to do that
I am searching peoples that can beta test and want to try to build custom live wallpaper.
Basically, it allow you to create your live wallpaper in the same way Mugen will do. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.U.G.E.N
There are a ton and a ton a stage for all the mugen communities.
I have add some new features and will add more.
This tools is not perfect but it allows me to do those one:

The editor is done and also the android app.
But people usually don't know about Mugen, and how, where to copy the content to the SD card, ...
So I am making a simple website that will allow you to upload your creation from the editor
and use the app to download it. Like Zedge.
This website will list the live wallpaper you decide to share, if not it will be only available to your android.
I will say next week, i will get that available.
I just want to know if people are interested in that beta testing.
I want to add google issue tracker so the beta tester will be able to give feedback.
because in a forum it will be difficult to track.
I have created https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15np9v6KfjiXOjQ2qt4_EQPM_6NKF3JVRZAyFKR_ky5E/viewform
so i can send the apk and the editor to the tester.
or do you think guys that it is better to let it open for everybody to test ?
I would say that it will be difficult to manage and get efficient in that way.
Too many information kill the information
People that help me will get the app for free (i know it is just 0.99 cts). and have their name in the website
But the editor i want to make it free to help the Mugen community.
Thanks for reading
I'd be very willing to help

OPENING SNOTE FILES [pc]

Has anyone found a solution to opening Snote Files on Pc? I'm not talking about exporting to pdf.

It's just a zip file. Extract it and take a look. The default templates are changeable in this way also.

Here is an option...
Samsung ativ win 8 tablet comes with snote. I have often sent my snote files from 8013 to my friend can open them on windows 8.
We just need to get an installer out of it that will work on other win 8 laptops.. and hopefullt win7.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk
I copied the .snb file to my PC, extracted it with 7 Zip, navigated to the snote folder, and opened the snote.xml in Word. It gives me all the text and is very readable. It didn't, however, give me the photos and videos I had embedded in the file, but I imagine (not being a computer geek) that those instructions are contained in the other .xml files, as I have a folder in the archive that also contains those elements.
Yes, it would be great if Samsung could port the S-Note to Windows.

I'd like to know too..
using on win8
I have a new Samsung Ativ T700. It uses an Intel Core i5. In the metro environment there is an SNotes app that is the same as on our tablets. Well, actually, the tablet is better, but you can copy your notes over and then import them into the Win8 version. Works fine.
I'm lost on what your referring to I guess because I don't have a ATIV, but can you clarify what is a metro environment?
Google "Metro UI"
I don't understand how people today STILL don't realize 90% of all questions in the universe have already been answered on Google.
Did I know it was a ui ? Sorry I assumed someone could answer a simple question without being a ****.

Icryan, the problem is that it's not just you. It's pretty much anyone blind or too lazy to use Google.
Nothing to do with being a ****. I'm teaching you and others like you the solution to the rest of your life.
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
Try working in retail tech one day, you'll see how many times the same simple question that can be answered by the FIRST link on Google gets asked.
IE: how to MUTE the VOLUME * face palm*
If everyone were like you, every forum would be FILLED with IDENTICAL question threads, and eventually NO ONE knowledgeable will bother answering after repeating the same answer 10 times.
Just Try it, help yourself get some perspective.

I knew what you were talking about (vaguely), but for kicks, I Googled metro, and didn't find anything, results improved after using metro environment, but barely. It might seem obvious to you, but not to someone who isn't sure as to what they are looking for.
Using your analogy, there is a difference between teaching a man how to fish, as opposed to telling him to throw a hook into the water.

Just bumping this in order to keep a discussion going on the availability of a APP capable of opening snb files.
Possible if the pc app in windows app is ported to other devices

If one bothered reading this [read: two page] thread, they would have come across my earlier post linking "metro" to "Windows 8".
It's a clear clue that "windows 8" has SOMETHING to do with "Metro"

Now, upon seeing this, he/she would have had enough terms ["windows 8 metro"] for retrieving a relevant Google search result.
clearly, In this case, simply READING would have been faster than posting a message and waiting for someone to post an answer.
But that's your choice. Kind of like double clicking on internet links, sure it'll work, but it's a waste of everyone's time and effort.

Need help here...

Guys I was just wondering if I can use anything like a script base stuff... I usually wanna have something to flood in chat rooms in wechat and similar stuff... I tired google but I didn't find any other app or script for droids... so I thought asking the experts.... any solution... tx in advance
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
So there is no one who will help.... I just need a simple flooder which I can place upon my chat window and input the text to be repeated.... and the number of times it repeats itself.... and sends it.... is there a way???
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
Lol, are you seriously asking how to spam people?
I don't think there's anything that does that yet...
But it'd be simple to make, just a paster with a counter. If you don't need anything fancy, you can probably make it yourself after a few days (maybe even hours) of research.
Well one always looks for an easy way... as this the the forum whr masters use to operate.. so I thought to give it a go.... mb I can get a better output... and in case u use a public chatroom nowdays.. then mb u ll notice that without spamming u cnt get a chance to talk thr as others are doing it....

You could make a basic app the connects to a PHP script with post data google the PHP script saves you a lot of mobile internet!
