[HELP] My External SD Files moved to Lost.Dir - LG Optimus 3D

Hi.
after I removed my external sd card (4GB memory card), and put it in Samsung Galaxy S III to copy a 2GB file! (without unmount it!)
when I opened my external sd card on s iii, I couldn't find any of my files or folders! just Lost.dir folder!
I know what Lost.dir folder is for! it's like recycle bin for windows, so how to recover my files from Lost.dir folder?
all files in it (LOST.DIR) have no extension! please help!
* my phone software information are in my signature *
What was in my sd card?
MP3, FLV, MP4, TXT, JPG, PNG, ZIP, 3GP, APK, PDF, files

[Q] no write acces to external sd-card

I've only had this phone a few days, so my brief search may have missed this:
I am unable to move/copy/delete files on my external card (/mnt/sdcard/external_sd). The default "My Files" app allowed me to move a couple of files, but not others. But my favorites, "ES File Explorer" and "Root Explorer" seem completely unable to do anything but read files. How can this be?
If it matters, I'm rooted.
It u are cutting and pasting or moving files files to and from external to internal, mine doesn't work either. Move within the same or copying files however seems to work.
Can u delete?
I can delete some small files. But copy/paste from within external just fragged an entire folder...
Okay, here's a guess - I used this card on my Atrix that just died, which ran CM7 with ext4 formatting kernels. Should I just reformat the whole thing?
do a low level format. Use a micro sd - sd adapter and then use this free program:
http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-LLF-Low-Level-Format-Tool/
afterwards you will have to again format it to fat32 in Windows.
It does sound like the sd card is corrupt

[q] create shortcut to external_sd in internal sd

recently, my external_sd folder in my internal sd card acts like a normal folder which contains files that are not in the external_sd. I deleted it and tried to create a shortcut to external_sd with root browser. It said something like some sd card cannot be symblink.
please help
thank you

Cannot move files in external sdcard android/data folder

I'm using marshmallow 6.0.1
I think from 5.0 lollipop moving files in external sd android/data folder is not possible. Files created by apps, mostly received from wifi sharing are stored inside android/data/<app folder> by few apps. These files cannot be directly moved to any root directory of external sd. When moving it's copying and deleting those files, like moving to another drive even thought it's the same drive .
This makes a particular problem when the external sd storage is low. For an example in order to move a 2GB file from external_sd/android/data/<app folder> to external_sd/Movies system required additional 2GB, it copies the file and then deletes the source file. So moving is not possible if the free space is below 2GB .
Internal sd android/data folder doesn't have this issue, moving files is direct and quick(without copying and deleting).
I'm guessing it's because of the owner permissions of the android/data folders and root folders . Is there any workaround to make files move without copy-moving from external_sd/android/data folder to external_sd/<any folder other than android> without root .

Strange things when copying to SD card.

Hello. Did someone encounter a problem, when copying titanium backup files from inbuilt memory to SD card with es file Explorer? The file format like .gz and .properties are automatically changed to .zip format and all TB files become unusable and unrewertable to the original format. If doing the same operation with inbuilt file Explorer, all is OK. Any thoughts??
