[Q] Samsung Galaxy S Theme (Request?)

Hi I am looking to build a Samsung Galaxy S rom for the X10 and I really can't find a theme exactly like the Galaxy S for the X10. Can someone please show me where it is if there is one.
I really need everything like the Galaxy S:
Status bar, menus, settings menu, phone, contacts, sms and other apps
Please all help is appreciated.
I am not a themer, if someone can theme it, I can definately reward you for it.

I don't get it why do you request when you are building/porting a rom? To my understanding rom consists of the sense system apps. Sms e.t.c its not that easy to port but framework settings e.t.c should be done easily because its just. Pngs and xmls. If no one reply to you maybe i could help you with framework

No I am not porting. It is based on a 2.3 rom. I have the framework from a galaxy theme and when I build the framework-res.apk the rom does not boot.
I made sure all the folders were the same and everything.
Another thing I have to figure out is galaxy s livewallpapers not working with the rom. If I install the apks after the rom has booted it use any other rom, they work.

U can't just replace framework,What do u want from framework?Lockscreen?

framework-res->lockscreen,battery.....
System UI->status bar,wifi notification....
Settings->icons of settings
I didn't try to change phone but u could try that too
for launcher use mine or fr4g0r's
icons->open .apk and find ic_launcher or icon and replace it
I could make lockscreen, notification bar for my rom but i don't like it so imade custom lock...

Yes thanks I know about that, that's how the rom will be themed.
Bit what I wanted to do was the Tom.be already themed so users font have to go to themechooser and select touchwizzed and this and that.

if you are having any other launcher installed then you can go to Titanium backup and freeze it..

No you can't because in system/app there must be also another launcher (gingerbread) which isn't there (TOUCHWIZ) so you can remove it but you cant do anything if you have NO launcher only if you have installed another launcher.
I suggest you to try this launcher which has the same feeling like the GB launcher

Tablet ui on jelly bean

Hi guys I have a galaxy tab 2 7" p3110 and I have the jelly bean update with has the phablet ui and I wanted to know if I can change it back to tablet ui with a mod of something! Thanks sorry but im a bit of a noob when it comes to samsung devices, I have seached a bit but cant find nothing, im on the 4.1.1 version of stock rom, so I was woundering if someone could please help me and give me a link please! Thanks in advance!

You could check my guide. The fastest and easiest way to tablet UI is with Xposed Framework and Xposed TabletUI mod by TB_TB that you can find at a link posted in the thread above to Other Xposed Mods. Or there is the dpi change method if you really want to customize things.

Thanks but there is no link to download the mod! I want the tablet ui with the smalest amout of modification to the rom, because the ics is the best ui but has not so good performance etc

search for Xposed Framework installer in the forum
it works with least modification....also can be restored to default

nm... just saw the attachments at bottom of that guide.

tablet ui in galaxy tab 2 7.0
I have a better and easy way to get the tablet ui in galaxy tab 2 7.0
1. Open any root explorer like root explorer or es file explorer
2. Open the build.prop file in the system folder.
3. Make the several changes in it
Change the "ro.sf.lcd_density=160" to "ro.sf.lcd_density=130" or lower than 130
4. Reboot your tab.
5. enjoy tablet ui in jelly bean
"warning : For getting this trick in work first install any other launcher like nova launcher,holo launcher hd etc because stock touchwiz home launcher keep force closing after you edited your build.prop file and reboot your tab.In this case you have to reflash your stock rom into your tab."

Are there any issues with any apps that you know of while running at that screen density?
I have Xposed, so if I need to change anything, it won't be a problem.

what do you mean with "really like jelly bean"?
nothing is more jelly bean than HOLO launcher
his theme is TouchWiz , maybe the most "really" galaxy theme ( Sii, SIII, SIV)
im not sure if he is using Jelly Bean, because it doesn't says it anywhere.
2 things, he could be using inspiration v17.2 ( the best GB rom in my opinion)
OR he could be using TheWhisp's JB, with a theme (but you have to do the DPI trick)
choose one from the both, in the case of nr 2 you have to ask him what theme did he put
P.S. we have somewhere a thread of a big list of themes for JB, watch there and maybe you find something you like.

Thats actually not inspiration rom but its cyanogenmod . try you look at the picture in the settings . Got superuser . it cyanogenmod right ? so my question is , what did he use to make look like s3 . I already use many launcher but didn't find any like in the pic .

The cyanogenmod was also an Android rom, so it was jelly bean.
What you wanna ask is how to make the Touchwiz UI.
It was a samsung user interface so you just went to the S7500 theme thread and you can find what you want.
I already gave you the link of it in private message.

hey i have 1 more question . how did you make your cyanogenmod with stock icon like settings, message etc ? I don't like the cyanogenmod icon .

Actually i needed that one because i had been try to PORT Samsung Galaxy S4 mini Launcher to our beloved Galaxy S2 plus.For that i needed some smali files from 4.1.2 launcher. But Now its ok i don't as i have finally ported S4 mini Launcher
BTW......GALAXY S4 mini launcher for S2 plus will be posted TODAY
