I used the supllied screen protector which tob be honest was awful, so i used one of my IPAQ ones to see if that was any better, it wasnt so i risked it and bought one off ebay.
This was the one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320049621214
You can not even notice it is on the screen.
Since using my Treo as a normal day to day phone the thing i was most worried about was the screen, this just adds a bit of re assurance.
Craig
Yeah the included one is absolute crap!! Protects the screen from viewing as well as scratches
I personally have had an excellent experience with the EXIM branded screen protectors. As you said about yours you can't notice it on the screen. I have yet to buy one for my Treo, but I will be ASAP.

I use the EXIM SPUC protector for my 750V. It's perfect.
I use Brando Ultra Clear Screen Protectors. 9 month old, and you still have to prove there is one plus no need to cut anything.
Can get them from www.inkino.co.uk.
Can try eBay, but I just don't like it.

Yeah I ordered one last week
Can anyone recommend a good screen protector that only covers the screen, not the keys or anything else? Thanks.
stock one that is included
I agree Tom4s. The stock one is pretty good. For the rest of the phone I have the Zagg Shield. I'm afraid to put Zagg on screen because of bad reviews I've read here. Alot are the same, some are really expensive like 7-9 dollars for one stupid screen protector. Do a search on the forum though this topic has been covered in detail somewhere....

Where can I buy the stock one?
wich one should i buy?
Is there someone that have experience with screen protectors from ebay?
http://shop.benl.ebay.be/items/?_nk...m270.l1313&_odkw=htc+screen+protect&_osacat=0
thanks
I bought 6 from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/protectionfilms24 for about £3. They are ok, but a bit thin so they peel off quite easily. Then again all of the ones Ive tried have peeled off when they catch on the inside of my pocket when I take the phone out.
I'm still looking for the perfect solution, although I haven't tried the 'Shield' ones after previous horror stories on here
my stock one for mda compact 4 is about ready for replacing its quite scratched, where can I buy the exact same one, tmobile don't list it on the uk accessory site which sucks, I don't want cheap thin ones.
I tried some cheap ones from ebay but they peeled off and scratched easily
I then tried a Brando screen protector from ebay - a bit pricier but had good reviews
This is even better than the htc version. It was easy to apply, no scratches and no signs of peeling
Worth spending a bit more for such a high end phone
3m vikuiti is the best so far. I also used the stock one and Invisible shield.
I have a pouch also from bugatti (it is a german company that makes cases for phones, and not only)
I've Brando Ultra Clear and it's very good, although little to small (say 1 mm to in both dimensions).
hi,
i applied the stocked screen protector on my mda compact iv, but a little bit off center.
i've been using it like that for two weeks, but very often the exposed corner sticks and can peel off the whole foil.
has anyone ever tried taking the protector off and back on again?
thx
I did it, but it's hard to maintain 100% dust free surface. I've read somewhere that it's possible to wash protector and then dry it using coffee filter.
Hi,
someone konw a very good sreen protector? I only have a very simple one.
I use the official HTC screen protector: HTC Desire HD Screen Protector SP P430
http://i.expansys.com/i/b/b203639.jpg
Probably not is the best one, but for me it serves.
Until now it is fine!
Case Mate worked really well for me, easy on easy off
Best Screen Protector I have EVER used I bought from Phantom Skinz
(link -http://phantomskinz.com/)
and its amazing and tough as hell and very easy to fit.
Ive also just got 1 from Zagg, which is very nice too
Dont buy those crappy skin protectors on ebay, most are fakes and the rest are rubbish, with only about 3/10 real or of any use
HiT The THaNKS if I HeLPeD
Don't get yourself those cheap screen protector..
for those cheap anti glare sp, you'll have rainbow effect which will distort the vividness of your screen.. i tried these sp before and i recommend: Capdase Imag, iDEFENSE, and the well known Steinheil Ultra Fine series.. go and get any of these brands and you won't regret it..
i have the official htc screen protectors, as with any screen protectors they can be a bit fiddly to get on properly first time so i ordered a couple of packs of them. Once i managed to get one on without any air bubbles, it's stayed on perfectly and you barely notice it's there. i've had it on for 4 months and it's showing no signs of wear like some of the cheap ebay ones do )
If you are willing to spend the money, the Martin Fields ones are very, very good. You don't notice they are there, and they are nice and smooth, like the glass on the screen. Just nake sure you put them on the right way, like all of the full front screen protectors for this phone.

Ive got the official HTC screen protector on mine, its been on for nearly 5 months now and still in great condition
Another vote for the official HTC screen protector. Its not the cheapest and its a bit of a pig to fit perfectly but its really good and extremely hard to notice.
I have Brando Ultra Clear and it's great. You won't recognize there is a screen protector.

+1, I bought one the other day from overlayplus.com. It arrived extremely quickly and while it did take some work to make sure no dust got in-between the screen and the protector once it was applied it fitted seamlessly to the point where I can't even tell it's there. So yeah, worth every penny.
I use really cheap ones from ebay and it's fine. I replace the it aboot every 12 weeks but for 18p each, who cares?
I apply with a spray of lightly soaped water and never getting get any air bubbles.

Personally would suggest a look into the sedio ultimate screen protector, not the easiest to put on though. I wrote a review which should be on the first page of this forum if you wish to check it out.
Hi,
i bought the Vikuiti™ Displayschutzfolie ADQC27, not cheap but very good, and there was a special Offer at the Time, buy 2 get 3.

Yeah I would agree the official HTC screen protector is the best.
For first aid, Brando shop screen protector also does the trick. Not as good as official, but I liked it better than Invisible shield.
Easy to put on, washable, ok protection level.
Am I able to get a Phantom Skin shipped to Australia?
They seem to be high quality and reusable. I want!
Screen Protectors
I bought Zagg's invisible shield. You only get one and it is like installing car tint but it is pretty damn good and lifetime replacement. its about 19.99 to 20 or somewhere like that. worth it though.
after reading this topic i will also buy htc protector.
did someone heard about anti reflex screen protectors?
i heard after using this the sharpness get bad.
is that really soo bad??
sun light you cant see anything on the screen.
I use the HTC Screen Protectors too.
But bought them because of the review of some other users.
I cant say they were wrong The shield fits perfect, has no overlapping edges, is nearly invisible especially with a bodykit/protector.
One thing ... that infers ...sunlight!
Under the sky you cant really see anything if you are not in a dark shadow of something.
So ... anyone made experience with matt/faint/milky protectors?
I heard be someone else, that under the sky the view of the screen is much better.
Any recommendations? :good:
Tried a few different brands. They all sucked (except for the one below). They wouldn't sit flush on the edges.
This one is perfect:

Thx. This one I'm having also, but it has a huge problem. It somehow lights up the blacks on the display. With the display turned off also the black is whither that it should be.
But I must admit it fits perfectly.
That has terrible reviews for durability on Amazon. There is nothing good available it seems! I've resorted to a film protector as a last resort after getting a scratch while I waited for a good glass protector. [emoji2959]
I finally gave up and bought a Zagg InvisibleShield for $30. Hate paying that much, but it feels so much better than the film protectors.

This one is the best by far. It's the only one that's fully adhesive and it comes in a 3 pack. I know it goes against logic, but don't read the reviews. A lot of people counted it as a low ranking item because they couldn't get their sides to fully adhere. Just use a blow dryer. It will eventually stick down and its worth the extra work to have a fully adhesive glass.

You need to get glass screens that use UV light. Its the only way to get glass properly around the curved screen. Basically it's a glue and the UV light cures it. Look up WhiteStone Dome, they specialize in these, super popular on the Samsung's, only thing is they want $50-$70+ for one. It's robbery, cuz u can get the same dang thang for way less, TBH, the key is the glue, it dries crystal clear, unlike anything else. But you can use any tempered glass protector, make sure it's curved and clear, some have a dot matrix thing going on, you don't want that. The V50 screen is identical to the V40, so you can use what I've got. I've bought these twice, each time I ordered the 2 screens deal, it's cheaper and you'll have a backup. If you want to use your own glass, look up "loca glue." It's on the bay & Amazon, that's the same glue they use in the expensive stuff and in the link below. You'll wanna watch some vids before trying it yourself. Oh yeah and a UV light, I already had one, the one included in the kit should work I guess but I never tried it cuz I already one. Mines like a flashlight but with UV LEDs on it. You can check it out on same 2 places with the glue, it's cheap, $5-10, glue is about the same, depending on how much you want.
Love my glass screen though, you don't know even know it's there, at the same time, no need to be extra cautious about my screen anymore, I'll just slap another on if anything happens. There's a thread about this in the V40 forum if you wanna check out. Good luck

Does anyone still have a link for a good fitting glass screen protector ? Unfortunately, the links above no longer work.
I'm also looking for a screen protector, but I've been burned a few times by poorly fitting ones.
Generally the glass protector doesn't stick down at the sides, possibly due to the curvature?
Looking for any good protectors I can get in the UK.

Ahh sadly I can't find that in the UK. Heartbreaker!
The seller in Poland has 9 more.
I can buy for you, but you have to arrange transportation somehow. Maybe you have a Polish friend who would bring you from Poland when he will visiting his family? Then you wouldn't pay Duty and Tax ... BREXIT!
When you have everything planned - write to me on PM.

What is the best screen protector for s22 ultra?
A good case with slightly raised guards on all sides like the Zizo Bolt or the display will likely get broke.
Easy to apply hygrocell screens like the Gorilla IQ Sheild work well, are inexpensive and last 6+months.
Also, be careful using the glass protectors (non hydrogel), because they can interfere with the fingerprint reader. I had a bad experience with this, and now I'm using only hydrogel that works fine.
Hidrogel protectors are a very good option, they are cheap, no need to buy from expensive brands, because they are very cheap, you can buy several, and replace them as often as you desire, they are really easy to aply, and no bubbles after some hours after the colocation in case some remain at the moment of placement, I bought 6 of them for 3 dollars in aliexpress

Do you all have a recommended screen protector from amazon that I can buy?
some time ago, I used armor suit protectors, they are made in England, but are of the "wet" aplication method , those protectors are slightly thicker, and have an "orange skin" like appearance whe the screen is off, are self healing to some degree, I think they were 8-10 dollars for front and back set
I'm not searching for something thick, I'm searching for something strong.
I can't find hydrogel with good reviews on amazon, there are some on aliexpress.
Can someone send me a link to a good sp?
Just get this one and thank me later EGV Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
I think you can get this on aliexpress. Hydrogel film that protects front sides and back. it's what I'm using for myself and my wife.
