[Q] Samsung Galaxy S III Baterry Problem - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

Hello,
Im sorry, if already a topic with the same problem exist.
_
Now to my problem,
My SGS3 dont charge the battery full
If i charge my SGS3 the whole night, the baterry is on the morning about 60%.
What is the problem?
I dont want to ship my SGS3 to repair, because i need to wait about 3 weeks than. :crying:
Thanks,
Alex

Did you just get the phone? Usually it takes a while for the system to kick-in or "burn-in"
Or you could just get another battery from ebay, or try with a friend who has an s3 also.
If this doesn't work, you will have to return the phone, as it is a hardware issue, not the software itself.

Battery on Galaxy S2 wont' charge

So today I flashed to ICS trought ODIN. I forgot to a hard reset. It worked fine until the battery drained to 2% and tried to charge but without sucess. I tried multiple hard reset, removing battery charging in the cable, pc. I don't think the battery is the problem, cause the phone is farely new and previous to my flashing I had charged and it was working fine.
see if you can get your hands on a s2 from a buddy or something and see if your battery charges in the test s2, try isolating the problem to see if its your phone or the battery. I know you said it was working fine prior the flashing through ODIN but you never know, maybe the battery just decided to take a crap on you afterwards without flashing having nothing to do with it.
Unfortunately I can't think of anyone with a galaxy s2, maybe I can take to the local service and ask them to check if the problem is the battery or the phone. Hope they don't charge me for that.
they shouldnt, ask before anyways...or take the battery to your carrier's retail store and see if they can charge it up on one of their phones..
Ok a friend of a friend of mine will charge my battery if the battery is not damaged. OK, but if it's ok. What could the problem be? Maybe the ICS version is unstable. I don't like ICS anyway, cause I revert back to my previous fimware without usb jigg.
If it isn't the battery, I wouldn't know what the cause would be. I could be a specific ROM issue but I doubt it...have other people complained about the same issue? Like you said, just revert back to stock and flash another ROM if you'd like.
Maybe a far out there idea, but - buy standalone charger from eBay (it costs 3 USD with free shipping). And you will be able to charge your battery without phone
That's a great idea, but I figured the problem out for now at least. But can somebody tell how to flash to stock firmware and will I be needing USB jig?

[Q] Samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 wont charge???

Samsung tab 2 7.0 wont charge but i can turn it on when it is plugged to mains (but says its on 0% battery and if i do anything like put on a game it switches off) i presumed this was battery problem and i got a new one from amazon. It arrived today and i put it in but the same problem is happening so i wasted the money. How do i fix this???????
Problem is the BATTERY
It seems there is indeed a problem with the battery or the contacts, which isn't accessible by users.
I've heard that it is covered by warrenty and can can be get it fixed at the authorized service centers [if your device is still under warrenty]
it is also adviced to get it fixed immediately....:fingers-crossed:
hope your device is fixed>>>>>>>>>>>

[Q] Help! Will not boot after battery replacement

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet that stopped working a few weeks ago. Had been having trouble with the battery staying charged but, was using it one day and the battery level was at 51% when it stopped, would not do anything then turned itself off. It has not come on since.
Due to having battery issues and the tablet being 2 years old, I ordered a replacement battery from Amazon.com and replaced the battery. Still wouldn't come on. Took to a friend in IT and we reopened it, re-set the cables, charged it. Now all that happens now is it has a faint blue screen, will beep and that is all. Will not boot and give me logo.
Does anyone have any suggestions or have you had this occur to yourself? If so, what did you do to repair the problem? Your answers would be very appreciated. I don't wish to lose my tablet.
Has this been resolved?
I seem to have a similar issue.

Samsung stops charging at 80%

Hello,
After some search i could not find anything that would solve my issue, i have an older phone samsung S7 with version 7 that i use and never had any issues what so ever, besides that it would soft reset from time to time.
2 weeks ago it started that i could not charge over 81% thought due to never update and always using, so i did a complete reinstall software updated everthing (not ROM) still it wont charge over 81%.
tried some battery apps, nothing. looked if it could be a setup that blocks it, cannot find any.hope anyone here has an idea where to look to solve it.

Battery failure... how old is the battery?
If older then 2 years, replace it now.
battery is as old as the phone it self think 2016? so a good 7 years 0_0 what could go wrong if not changed it will just die?

It can swell and/or leak and destroy the phone.
That battery is toast.
