Hi guys!
I found this easy method to dissable the Data Traffic notification
I did it on a Stock Rom Tipo, rooted.
- Just need a file explorer (In my case was ES File Explorer app)
Go to this path:
/system/etc/customization/settings/com/android/phone/
There you will find the file custom_settings.xml, open it with a note editor (I used ES Note Editor)
This is what appears and you need to change the word FALSE for TRUE
View attachment 1811327
When you put TRUE it should be this way
View attachment 1811336
Save the changes and reboot the phone
And now you can throw away the Data Traffic notification when its ON or OFF
The other lines in the file are for disappear the notification forever when its ON or OFF
Sorry for bad english
Regards!

Anyone know how I can open system/ usr/ keylayout in text editor? Usually just a long press in rw but running ThaiZ 2.7.1 text editor is not in the popup list of options. Tried changing permission but no luck. I really like to be able to reassign the 3D button to wake the phone.

Went back to stock, flashed New Rom, downloaded gallery lock. If i use root browser i can navigate to the for and see all my files, but when i use the recover option in the app it finds 0 files. I have some pretty important stuff in there!

does it show your file when u open gallerylock? And if you see them in root explorer cant you just copy and paste. Also...doesnt gallery lock rename the file extentions?

In the past i have been able to recover them without touching anything, but this time it's giving me hell. I think i need to move the files, but not sure where, and of course the dev won't respond.

I simply used root browser to move all the files from my saved gallery lock folder, into the new gallery lock folder that was hiding in sdcard-data- gallerylock. Then i opened the app again and did the recovery again.

Hello folks,
those who recently flashed new ICS rom by xbsall noticed that there is no face unlock option in the lock screen section which might bother some people like me so here is the way to get face unlock option for lockscreen. actually one of XDA senior member defcomg provided a zip file on the ROM thread but i created this new thread because people who are looking for it instead of going through all the pages of the rom thread they can find it here easily.
the zip file can be downloaded from here

Not useless , it's few steps more to be more invisible or anonymous
Why we use vpn or proxies
Why we spoof our gps locations
Why we spoof macadress in public networks
Why sometime we avoid to use the same cell phone when changing sim card
Why encryption
Why firewalls
Why serial numbers
Why android or google unique id
Just imagine

I've been searching for a while for this haven't been able to find one so I downloaded the z101.zip file from this site:
http://www.xperiaguide.com/2014/03...quick-settings-notifications-option-enabled/
Extracted the .pngs and shoved then in a zip I found from this forum:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/help/change-icons-navbar-t2449458/page2
Download here:
(Mega-Please use if you have it) https://mega.co.nz/#!2gYSyYTA!Z46g1f_hSVLxIXFChu8r4Nzh5lZUuybtjtuA0dJEfY8
(Drive - might stop working) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_m9g0O_BTqdTG85N3dkclVTeGM/edit?usp=sharing
Instructions:
How I did it (recommended)
1. Download Xblast tools from Xposed module app, activate it and reboot.
2. Open it go tap Navigation bar and enable/tap Master switch
3. Tap Softkeys then Choose zip file.
4. Locate the .zip you downloaded and tap
5. Reboot.
Method 2(did not try this but you can if you wish):
Flash it in recovery (not going through this their tones of tutorial out there).
Also not sure if it works on rooted stock I'm using RomAur 6.1 so results may vary also I'm no dev so I may not be able to help you with troubleshooting and I'm not responsible for any damages to your device.
All commendation goes to the appropriate people which I don't have time to find cause Im in lesson at school being bored
So please leave a list for me so I can put them on here.

im not good at editing PNG's, but i already tried the nav bar from the other thread, and even if i chose a custom theme the nav bar is too small.
i think its the xblast module and not the PNG's with problems on our phone. i dont know, maybe il just wait for NUT's to fix the issue on recovery then im going to flash the nav bar, then hope it will work.
