Can we change Flipboard Fonts? - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I really enjoy Flipboard as a newsreader on my GN10.1; however, I find the fonts to be exceptionally pixelated as compared to my Dolphin Jetpack Browser or other newsreaders like Pulse.
Is there some way to change the default font Flipboard uses or apply some sort of smoothing to it? The current font is really jagged.

Flikie Wallpapers HD and Flikie Wallpaper Rotator

Is anyone using this? I really like it.
With the rotator add-on you can set a folder of wallpapers to change as often as you want (I have it changing every 30 minutes without a noticeable change to battery life).
I wish the lockscreen can have a different wallpaper from the homescren, though.
HINT: (If you would rather use your own set of wallpapers).
1. You can download the wallpapers posted here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=6678309&postcount=5
2. Resize the wallpapers to 960x800.
3. Upload the pictures to the folder used by Flikie (/sdcard/Flikie/Wallpapers)
Yeah, it has a nice 3D wall scroll. I uninstalled the rotator though as it was a little buggy.

[Q] LauncherPro bad graphic rendering

Hi all!
I'm detecting this odd issue. LauncherPro has a bad graphic rendering.
There are two screenshot attached, the first comes with launcherpro and the second with sense ui.
Why the shadows in the sense clock widget looks like a single transparent bar instead of the shadow "gradient"? It looks like i've saved the LP screenshot with a web image compression (jpg artifacts or similar)
How can I increase rendering quality in LauncherPro?
P.s: sorry for my crappy english.
(up, please)
are they saved as .png or what file format? Did you check the quality of them before uploading to phone to use on launcherpro? could you duplicate the issue at that time?
Yes, they are saved in png. Quality is the best i could save.
As above in the screenshot, the same widget looks with different image rendering.
It's not caused by image quality, but by LP rendering.
I can duplicate the issue even now.
Sorry, sorry sorry!
Verry OT but... what kind of sense clock widget do you use?
I love it!

That's fancy widget, but I've re-edited the images in the original apk.
If you want that modded version, see attachment
Thx buddy! Looks great!!
I have the exact same problem on my Galaxy S.
With a widget having the best hdpi image quality available I can see in launcherpro that the graphics are like compressed images where in other launchers it is very smooth. I really like Launcherpro but this is an issue for me, a big enough issue to switch to another launcher.
I do see that with the launcherpro widgets the compressed issue is not there...
oh, and when i start to 'scroll' through the homescreen (eg. put your finger on screen and start dragging but stop while maintaining your finger on screen) the graphic quality is smooth again. If you enable high quality on scroll option this behavior is not there...bad quality again...
this also occurs in other launchers, zeam, adw launcher, helix, ... (possibly because they all are based on the same 'source'???)
all expose the same 'behaviour'. The default launcher (on Samsung Galaxy this is touchwiz launcher) the graphics are very smooth.
A workaround for this is apparently to set a livewallpaper as your background.
Any live wallpaper will do to get the nice smooth graphics back.
Hope this helps.

Yeah, that's true. A live wallpaper sets the quality to be smoothly. But in launcher pro they really slow down performances. It doesn't happen with HTC Sense, which it remains smooth.
That's very odd.

Oh the damn wallpaper croping.

Its pretty anoying ( the default honeycomb wallpaper croping)
i was wondering if there is any app that can make my wallpapers fit to screen , i tried multipicturelive wallpaper , looks awsome but when i switched to portrait mode it had this loading wallpaper thing , is there anything bit faster ? thanks in advance

u can use Wallpaper Wizardii , available in the market .
Very nice free app u can set your wallpaper in many different ways and say good buy to the annoying honeycomb wallpaper crop .
Wallpaper alignment is an issue with the stock launcher, not wallpaper apps, which doesn't auto crop third party wallpapers. I am using LauncherPro and the problem is solved! Not to mention all the other cool features of LauncherPro. I only need two home screens. I can do that with this app. Also can select how many rows/columns of icons I want. Also can resize widgets.

Add Fonts for Superclock Live Wallpaper?

Hey all! Essentially, I'm wondering if I can add fonts to Superclock Live Wallpaper - I LOVE the app and its stability (compared to other live wallpaper clock apps), but I don't really care for the font selection. I was wondering if there would be any way to add fonts to the list manually?
I am also on a rooted device

Any way to change icons?

I love this phone, but I am not that crazy about the icons on TouchWiz. Is there anyway to change icons without being on a ROM that has the theme chooser?

you cuold always try apex launcher or another launcher also!
APK Edit will allow you to change the icon and/or application name for any program... very easy to use.
see this:

OK, a lot easier way to do this is to download "Apex Launcher" or "Nova Launcher" from the play store. They both support icon packs. There are many free ones out on the play store (stock jellybean, motorola icons, lg icons, google icons, touchwiz icons...etc)
Launcher:

Icons (a bunch):

Sweet, thanks for the response guys that helps a lot.

Icon changer works for me:good:
I've been using Apex launcher for a while now an I really like it. The best feature is letting me change the home page grid size. I really prefer to have 5 x 4 instead of the default 4x4.
I find GO Launcher EX to be an excellent launcher as it has some many plugins available so you can customize every aspect of the O/S to make it look exactly like you want. It also has a complete widget series for further customization. I like the custom calendar, weather, and notifications it provides. Also there is a really cool SMS text message app that add many custom icons to your text messages.
