[q] htc sensation xe problem ?

Hi
I have a massive problem and need help please. I have a brand new htc sensation xe. I wanted to root the phone so firstly unlocked the bootloader from the htc website. I then used super one click to gain root access. Then using rom manger premium I tryed installed LeeDroid. Once installed i tryed booting the phone after the htc logo scrren the phone would resatrt. I then installed Dark Forset+sensation rom. What happened this time was the htc logo would continuosly display so i have to pull the battery out to restart the phone. ONE THING I REALISED WAS THAT MY PHONE DISPLAYS S-ON . What can i do please help ?

It helped me a lot to safely root my Sensation XE.
I use ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.0.8, its fast and easy to operate.

flash any rom ant flash boot.img manually.... fastboot flash boot boot.img

Help sensation bootloops

Yesterday i have s-offed my phone and after s-offing i have installed clockworkmod recovery,after that i have updated its h-boot but i think i have flashed wrong h-boot image my phone is bootlooping again and again on white htc screen.
Here's some info-

Have you tried reset to the default factory, or just RUU with the right version it will overwrite all. [ROM]Shipped Pyramid ROM Collection

Try removing the memcard so that it won't try to load up the new firmware again.

already deleted PG58IMG FROM memry card,,,but main problem is i am not able to access my phone ,,,i am getting bootloops.

So you haven't yet flashed a rom - you have s-off, stock rom? If so you just need to flash the correct firmware for the rom.

Stuck in bootloop

So I was being stupid and didn't read all the instructions while I was trying to flash a PG58IMG for ICS and I think I installed the wrong version for me. Now I'm stuck in a bootloop but I CAN access the recovery and hboot. I don't know what to do now.

Do you have a ics Rom flashed to match the ics firmware? If you still have gb this will put you into bootloop . Flash the ics firmware which is 3.32 or 3.33 then flash the ics Rom. You must remove the pg58img file after you flash Also or it will continue to try to upgrade the file over and over . I hope this helps you.

I'll try flashing 3.33 or 3.32 then flashing the ROM, thanks.

Right now it's stuck at the boot "htc" logo, It's been like this for about 4 mins, is this normal on updating the firmware?
EDIT: It has been about 15 mins now and I recided to go into hboot and the message thing at the top was changed. Now it reads:

and at the end after the "sd checking", it says "Battery voltage is too low! Please change a battery..."
Not sure if has anything to do with my problem, but its worth putting out there.

No this is not normal. Charge your device, update firmware 3.32 or 3.33, now you WILL have a bootloopv if your on a gb Rom, so update to a ics Rom. This should solve the bootloop. When updating with a pg58img file you place it on the root of your sd card, pull battery put battery back in then press power and volume at the same time then press power to accept update it will automatically update .remove the pg58img file at this point or it will continue to try to update. I really hope this helps. Sometimes it takes up to 5 or so minutes for the first boot of a Rom but after that I would say it's too long if you're still waiting. Have you done all these steps? With the correct firmware?are you wiping before your flash? It should work smoothly with these steps? Once your charged go over steps again make sure your not missing a step. Hope this helps

keep in mind one thing... you must use matching firmware/rom.. i mean for example
- Firmware 3.33 Universal / (ICS)
- Firmware 1.17 Universal / (GB)
so if you're on ICS you must be on 3.33 fw, that should do the trick

Afterwards, the phone got stuck on the boot logo, but I can access bootloader and recovery mode via CWM. I can't install PG58IMG even that i have tried several versions, including 3.24, 3.30, 3.32 & 3.33.
When detecting PG58IMG I get this:
SD Checking..........
Loading.....[PG58DIAG.zip]
No image!

Parsing.....[PG58IMG.zip]
Then turns back to bootloader menu

I'll be as brief as possible too
While being SON you can't I mean you CAN'T flash a firmware.
Now follow the "flashing roms with SON" guide by asskickar.. In sensation general section of.. To the letter

I unlocked boot loader through htc dev site and used custom rom copied on the sd card using revolutionary patch used recovery mode to install the custom rom. after reboot I havre this problem. I am first timer to using custom rom as I was not able to update rom from htcdev site using the ruu as it gave me error wrong ruu
please help urgently to restore to android 2.3 or if possible to install custom rom

Hi,
Do you have 4 EXT recovery?
If so,enable "Smartflash",and run the ROM immediately.

manually & Automatic by custom Rom
then.. re flash by the another ROM(Dark-Forest Sensation XE 7.3.0)

Go into recovery/wipe/format all partitions except sd card.
Then,wipe cache and dalvik.
Then,try installing the ROM again.

I doing this ways
1-flash new custom ROM
2-upgrade firmware
3-reflash boot.img
4-flash original ROM
5-format & wipe to many ways
4-upgrade HBOOT
5-make ext partition in memory !
6-flash recovery (4ext touch)

Same here... gave up on the S-OFF thing after I couldn't get the wire trick to work so I've unlocked with HTC Dev and rooted, and then just tried installing Zip from SD card (with 4EXT recovery). Stuck on glowing X all night. About to try Dark Forest.

wait before you flash roms with son
you have to enable smartflash in recovery before you flash or you will be stuck in bootloop like you where stuck at glowing x screen
here it is
boot into recovery->go to tools ->scroll down to eneble smartflash -> flash the rom ->wipe cache , dalvick cache and reboot
remember when ever you come from diffrent rom always wipe everything expect sd card ,, and your son so always try to enable smartflash

thanks! I used the adb boot push command and it's all working fine now (I had wi-fi issues with DarkForest ROM). Glad my phone is ok!

Stuck at beats audio logo

i've been using cm 10.2 since last 2 weeks no problem i found an update to my rom and my wifi showed error while turning on and mac address is unavailable ..so i decided to flash the stock rom back and unfortunately i got stucked in beats audio logo...i'm in such an urgency to repair my mobile since its the only one i have....any kind of suggestion and solutions are greatly appreciated...i've tried cm 10.1.3,10.2,etc...the same problem with cm logo showing there for hours....can i get a quick reply so that i can recover my device as soon

Don't you have nandroid backup from you rom before the update??If you have try to reset the backup (backup made with the 4ext recovery )
