Search for the program z4root in the Market on your phone. It's free. Install it, run it on the phone, press the Permanent Root option, and your phone will be rooted..

Can someone help me install ubuntu on my Nexus S 4G running 2.3.4? I am already rooted but all the tutorials I found don't seem to work. While using the command prompt I keep getting "permission denied" when i try to bootubuntu. I could use a good tutorial.

Hi im wondering if anyone could help me with root tool program. iv downloaded it to my hd7 with 7.5 software and the files have come down as a zip file and I don't know how to get them onto my phone much help needed if any one can thanks

Do you have it in the root directory or in the download folder?
im not familial with your device but u should check the section for it and
find info on it its more then likely there even try the search .best thing to do

i had a problem with my phone i bricked it trying to install a rom and i did alot of
reading and finally solved and i even learned alot of stuff in the process

I have a quick question.... what is the best windows version I could use to develop adroid apps? I currently have windows 8 but when I set up the android SDK it always gives me errors during installations... so before I would proceed I would like to ask for an expert opinion? thanks!

right iv used this site when ive googled how to root my phone and always works every time. I'm a android a windows man only problem is my laptop us dead n girlfriend has a mac. I've tried everything on-line iv seen to root s4 on z mac but nothing works any help
