Very nice. But can you make realy transparent notification bar. Like in crybert slimbean. In your rom it is option but doesn't work properly.

ok i do not know yet why it is so but it is a AOKP setting they set it to this values
and slimrom is not AOKP maybe they changed some settings

It would be great to see a beta 3 based version, though the current one seems to work perfectly. No lags, no random reboots, GPS locks in several seconds. No problems with deep sleep. Dunno what the battery life looks like yet but I bet it will turn out good. Thank you for your excellent work.
Correction: I've had 2 random reboots today.

Maybe you don't understand, this rom is makes by crybert but he doesn't update it, and krislibaeer sync this with beta2 from ivendor's rom..that's all. Now Kris works with pac-man i think:good:

yeah i have many roms now to care about (one in production but one essential thing does not work so who knows)

I was thinking of changing the kernel but the one you included seems to be really battery friendly. No need to hurry. Default kernel is dated 23.02, and I use default settings at the time - ondemand / row.

but what i want to mention if you have problems with this kernel it is maybe related to exUV
because that one i compiled for me (stopped providing kernels there are good ones here just in my rom builds)

thanks, calls are not available with this tab, it's wifi Only, but if you talk about calls with skype or gtalk i did not test, i'll update OP to be more clear

I have the 5113. I'm going to try it when the build is more complete. The 5110 is the same as the 5113 but the 5110 is the international version so yes it should work

Nobody tried yet but it should
Gaaps not working, you need tu install it manualy, without manula gaps installation rom is unable to start after flashing - is totally error. /not working
Wifi is not able to connect..- not working.
Not usable. - At the moment = not recommending.

As of now I will be building the new updates with the 3.4 kernel.This means you will need to have the latest htc jellybean firmware on your phone. Installed, up and running. been using for a couple of hours with only 1 big issue.
The AOSP keyboard swiping doesn't work. If I tap the word gets typed. If I swipe it does nothing..and Yes I do have the option checked.

Oh my god yes... If twisted is stable for you run it... You won't believe it... Its like it was built for this ROM...I just made it with a semi stock kernel so it was stable for every one...

latest Twisted is incredible for me (i'm on Liquid currently), butter smooth with best battery life to date.

Speed is really subjectiv, if you look for a speed ROM stay on cm it should be "faster", even though this one is pretty smooth.

This is the first time I installed Kies on my PC, as was using the USB drivers only to flash and update the SGT2. I installed Kies 3 (bate) but stated device not supported in this version so went to version 2.6
Kies doesn't connect just sits there trying, when I switch between MTP & PTP it states that mode not supported and to switch to MTP, I have debgug enabled as well but still not luck in having Kies see the TAB
Another issue I faced was I am not able to install Samsung APPS, just comes back with App not installed
Anyone else having similar problems, I assume it's on my end, but wanted to throw this out there in the event something is a miss

- Make sure you have 4.2.2 stock installed
- Make a nandroid backup of your previous ROM
- Download the PAC-MAN ROM and and the correct version of GApps (according to the android version of the ROM)
- Reboot to Recovery
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
- Flash the ROM and then Gapps
- Reboot your phone
- Enjoy!

Booting!!! so many PAC-MAN option causes a headache but i think i found a bug: in all of the 3 tablet modes threre's no status bar (it should be in the bottom of the screen, right?). Phablet mode works ok, status bar is present, as it should be. Pie and HALO works well.
Other than that, there are known CM10.2 bugs like screenshoot not working, no graphics after holding home button, just the names of apps and black spaces...etc.
RIL not working, but U wrote about it...
Wish I could help with RIL, but I'm not a dev
I can only provide some end user tests, logcat.

Yeah well that is why I was posting instead of trying it out myself, because I'm not sure which modules are needed for the RIL to work. I was hoping that some1 a little bit more experienced can handle this problem.
I would LOVE to use PACMAN rom, I had a chance to try this out on my first android phone, an LG Optimus One and I loved it. Even if some other features wouldn't work like NFC or something, I wouldn't really care, just the calling feature is a must. Without calling, there's not much use of custom roms actually. They are cool and useful for developers so they can further fix stuff, but until calling does not work, I cannot use it sadly...

Yes pacman is one of the coolest roms. If I will be able to fix RIL almost everything will work except vibration
SIM
I really love this ROM, it's awesome, except for one major issue I have. It doesn't recognize my SIM card so it is impossible to do anything unless I have wifi close to me.
Does anyone have a sollution that would be great because I would like to keep using this ROM

How's the battery going for everyone? Mine is discharging up to 5.1 percent per hour in 6 hours. Gonna let it settle in for another day

I installed it on system 3. And his mention of aroma was to let you know what he planned on doing, it wasn't something that you are supposed to do.

@arnab: i am facing force close issues and unfortunately stopped dialouge box every now and then..... why is that happening?? i installed it clean, i had issue , then i dirty flashed and still i have same issue ...
Dont dirty flash...and use latest gapps

I dont know the exact technical difference.
Correct me if I am wrong, but as per my understanding, apps perform/works faster on ART than on dalvik
But l guess some of apps didnt support ART.
Also I read somewhere, google is making ART as only runtime compiler in future builds
apps work fast if u have plenty amount of ram...in dalvik compiler apps get compiled only in parts like only the part of the app thats in use...in art the full app gets compiled as u press it....so in dalvik...random cpu surges means up and down causes battery drain...but in art the whole app gets compiled in runtime thats why its android run time opposed to dalvik jit or just in time....the whole compiled app runs much faster and battery use is improved due to absent of frequent cpu use and cpu surges.

thats y art wasnt implemented earlier coz of devices with low ram...but now even the budget phones have 1gb ram...so art can be implemented permanently.

Had fcs too here and there. Fcs everywhere. Use the latest gapps. Banks, slim, and anything I could get my hands on. You name it. Yet still fcs. Any workaround for this @arnab? I don't know about anyone else. Could someone share some insight?

hey, To be exact I used "6-2_Gapps_Minimal_4.4.3_signed" gapps and didnt get any fc
Sometimes on restart I get a fc on trickstermod..... may be because I have set on boot kernel settings... :silly:
But rest of the things are working just fine :angel:

Yep. I use the same gapps. It was working fine. Until I install gmail and everything starts to fc to the point of unusable. I need gmail as I used it for work.
