some phones might not have WLAN connectivity . It is a bug that affects only a small number of devices.
There are 2 solutions for this
the recommend one - go to settings - wifi - setttings - wifi direct and rename your device to something shorter.IF this isn't working get the zip from this link and flash from recovery. Pay attention while the zip will fix your WiFi it will break connectivity to HD Media Link

ODEXING Process
On short. Odexing your ROM will give you a speed boost, more free ram, and better battery (or at least this is the theory).
Sounds too good to be true ? Well there are some limitations. Once you ODEXED your ROM, you CAN NOT flash other mods that affect /system/app or /system/framework. Thats why the ODEX is optional during install of the rom. Do not select it if you plan to run Kustomizer. Kustomizer has also an option to odex your ROM, but if you want even more mods than insertcoin + kustomizer have to offer then again do no choose to ODEX.
Flash your other mods you want and only after you are 100% satisfied with your ROM grab the flashable zips below:

I couldn't test the rom myself since my HTC ONE Should arrive Friday. But i did my best checked, duble checked and triple checked before releasing. so do a backup before flashing. also please perform a full wipe. If you run into problems please give me full details and logs and ill fix asap.
Also given that is the v1.0.0 expect updates daily or every 2 days till i'm pleased with the rom and i iron out all the bugs.

DarkSense OTA - Explanation
To check OTA update go to -> Settings – About – DarkSense update. Click on Check now and wait if there will be OTA you will receive notification
Latest TWRP Recovery is needed to install OTA updates. CWM could not work with OTA feature
DarkSense ROM has identification of 3 numbers, like 1.0.0
Full ROMs will be provided when will be changed first or second number. For example 1.0.0 up to 1.0.9 will be by OTA only, and 1.1.0 will be Full ROM.
All OTA updates are checked before pushing it, if you have any issue with OTA updates, that means you changes something in the ROM itself and we are not responsible for any damages or data loss in your phone after upgrading.
OTA Updates will never be available to download from PC (i.e Downloadable links for OTA). You can download them only from Phone.
DarkSense OTA provides the most innovative OTA updates on custom ROMs for HTC One. We provide all updates from 1.0.0 untill latest versions, and its everything by OTA. FULL ROMs only if you want clean installation or first time installation

it has some bugs made by htc .. so we better release a very stable rom on 4.2.2 and not waste time on fixing 4.3. Btw it is super fast

How long for? Remember first boot takes longer due to the classes.dex files being extracted and copied to dalvik cache.

ive been stuck at the bootscreen as well. I even wiped again and reinstalled then Rom and still same thing. Its been more than 5 minutes stuck at the beats audio logo

The Blank Spot is Google Search. I uninstalled and re-installed from the market. But it is still blank..

I noticed the blank as well, after taking Velvet.apk(Search) out of system and replacing with latest version in /data/app. (QuickSearchBox)
But all I had to do, was reboot once, and it sorted itself out.
Didn't seem like a big deal to me, so I left it.
Next time, I'll just leave the older Velvet.apk in the rom and let it update on its own I guess.
That was the only thing noticable at all, but like I say, a reboot took care of it for me.
If it isn't going away for others after a reboot, then maybe I'll just post a flashable for Velvet.apk.
But it honestly doesn't effect anything, and for me, resolved itself.

As far as firmware goes, use the latest Vzw firmware.
This was made to work with what firmware we have, not firmware we may get in the future, or firmware from another variant.
Latest Vzw firmware is all that is needed.
I will never require anyone to flash firmware that doesn't belong on their device, even if it does work.

Yeah I'm trying it now and its working great, the MMS size limit is low only "100,200 & 300kb" when default Verizon is "200, 500 & 1200kb" i'm trying some stuff right now to see if I can bump it up. I noticed the battery icon turns red now when 10%< is that a new feature from 4.4.3?
EDIT: So I was able to bump the MMS size to defaults following this guide here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51991250&postcount=16 I used Root Explorer and it worked perfect. @santod040 you can add to OP to help those get their default MMS sizes.
EDIT 2: Rom is perfect man, thanks a bunch!

Link is fine.
If you are not s-off, you may need to fastboot flash the boot.img.
The boot.img is somewhat created/modified through your aroma options though, so that may or may not work, you'd have to try it.
If you end up having to try the fastboot flash method, you'll want the one in the boot_gsm folder.

I cannot test T-Mobile features sorry, you can try it and let others know though.
I saw some added support for that feature in the base, but I don't know if it specifically supports T-Mobile or not.
I'll try it to flash from twrp first and let u know.

How about battery life?
Well got it installed using TWRP latest version on a GSM device, nice aroma, had a bit of a hick up at the beginning com.android settings process has stopped, so I had no mobile data, connected to wifi fine after that and also my Bluetooth watch, had to go into mobile data and reset my access point to get mobile data working due to the earlier process error, rebooted and stuck at the white HTC screen with the red warning. , holding down the power button for 15 blinks reset the device and booted after that.
I'm stuck at the boot splash. It boots because I can turn on/off the screen and I hear the volume change sound. The setup does not show up, all I'm seeing is the boot splash.

Try and manually restart by holding down power button.
Different kernel configs will need a second boot after install.

I did 3 times, I know this from flar2's kernel. No luck though. If it helps, I picked the blue Google spinning splash.

no problem with boot here now after the first one which got stuck, all good so far but lots to test yet.

For the kernel I just set everything to stock, im not into overclocking my phone, Lollipop is plenty fast enough for me, set the Android L boot animation, removed most widgets and Google / HTC apps I never use and class as bloat, used HTC launcher with gap fix etc, first boot took somtime, 2nd boot frozen and needed the power button holding down to reset, 3rd and 4th has booted fine, flashed with TWRP 2.8.4.0, just tyo give you some idea of the settings I used.
