I am aware that there is an s4 flare lockscreen flashable for the I9300 and I9305 S3 and was wondering if this is flashable on the Verizon s3 as well?

I have the old Samsung Galaxy 10.1 model P-800 which goes into special bootloader by pressing and holding Power+Volume Down and that way can be updated with Cyanogenmod, no rooting required.
Is there something similar available to the Galaxy Tab S 10.1? I cannot seem to find a Cyanogenmod for it, but perhaps there is a way.
