If you mean the one shaan uploaded then yes it is normal, as he says in the thread it's a "Temporary" recovery. Noow about the flashcounter I haven't really looked into it, and I can't understand why people are so anxious about it.

Yeah its based on sense 3.6 Battery life is good and I will probably improve it at the weekend

It's flawless. Fast, awesome battery life (with 77% atm where usually at this time of the day is around 40%).

I can do that tomorrow if you want At the moment, you can find a link in the credits on the op (I think) Would you like me to take the control panel out of this rom and have it as an add-on?

I have nothing against having it built in (at least me), but we could have a index of addons
