My volume for example when playing music on youtube is really, really, low.

Thanks in advance.

I believe this is a kernel problem. What kernel are you using?
EDIT: Wrong thread. I meant to reply to one of your other threads.
Did you trim the ROM beforehand? Not trimming the ROM causes issues. Also, what happens when you try to max out the volume?

We've all had that problem at one time or another. Have you tried turning the volume all the way down and then back up? At least that has worked for me in the past. I don't use my P509 for watch videos, etc., that's what my Galaxy Tab is for :silly:

[Q] Long press volume to change music S2(9100)?

I really need this feature and I got it after installing Slim ICS for my Galaxy S2. Since I updated to the latest version (3.8) and latest Siyah Kernel 3.2.6.4 I can't use that anymore.
Anyone knows this is the rom thing or the kernel thing? How can I enable it ? I use PowerAmp paid version to play music and turned on everything about headset buttons.
Sorry new here so can't post question in the rom thread. Appreciate your help
Try cynogen, tyere is probably that feature
Sent from my candle
I like this feature too...but it's only in few ROMs...
I would like to know if is there any chance how to take this feature to any ROM through CWM
I mean I got that with the old combination of Siyah Kernel and Slim rom for SGS 2 but since updated it's gone. Anyone who's using the same combination or has knowledge about the roms and kernels can explain what to do ?

I edited your thread title. Copying the title from that ROM thread makes it look like a ROM was being posted in this thread. Also, you should include what device you're using.

Also, When I attach headphones to the phone, the other person, seems to hear twice the words that I say. So, anyone knows, why this is happening. Also, this Rom doesnt have hdmi feature. So, anyway to fix that?

MokeOs is based on Cm, Hdmi and 3D wont work. (You need the sources for that lg is not releasing)
Since its Cm based you could try a cm Kernel from another rom, but i guess it wont work properly or just be patient since its v1 and the dev sure will maked more mods on later versions.

[Q] Need Help With Cm12 nightly 5.0.2 ( audio Issues)

Hi i am currently using Cm12 Nightly 5.0.3 030315, With cm stock kernel. When i play audio thru my car Bluetooth it skips after ever 5 to 10 sec. If i watch video, the audio is delayed. The audio works perfect on regular bluetooth headset. The troubleshoot i did fix this problem so far.
Tried ever build after 02/21 till now still same thing.
I tried custom kernel like franco and elementalx. Did changes in hotplug while using franco kernel. Change Processor setting to performance under cyanogenmod. I have been trying find the fix but with no luck. The only thing that works is if i go back to cm11. Once i do that everything is normal.
Side Note, Every time i installed the Rom it was clean install.
Any help is appreciate at this moment. Thanks in advance.
No such issue here. Try full wiping and then reflashing CM.
thanks for reply. I did that several time. But with no luck. Any other suggestion ??

I recently had BT issues on CM12 and I do think that's a rom issue. Other users also reported bugs with BT.
Flash every nightly until the fix comes or switch to another custom rom for the moment.

I have the same problem with a 32GB nexus 5 and the recent cm12 nightlies, I have found a dozen or so forums/pages about the problem but nothing that seems to help. I have tried flashing different radio.img file and different kernels, the problem only happens in my car, my bluetooth headphones and everything else works fine. My car can take phone calls but not play back music/audio from anything without skipping every 5-10 seconds for ~1 second
That's because CM team still don't get, that it's better to start building a house from the ground, then from the roof. It's a kernel related issue.

[Q] Nexus 5 sound volume issues.

Good morning.
Forgive me if this is the incorrect place for this, or mods, please move it to the appropriate forum.
I am currently running CM12.1 nightly from the 19th (downloading latest at the moment)
I would like to utilise the fast usb charging feature of some of the other kernels, franco and elementalX, though easch time another is flashed it really boosts the base volume so that even the lowest volume is incredibly loud.
Is this a known 'feature' or is there a way of countering it? When I revert back to the CM kernel the volume goes back to normal.
Thanks
Pete

That's because stock Microsoft-CM kernel sucks. It's a known issue. Use @myfluxi kernel.

Cheers for the reply though having downloaded and flashed to CM12.1 23rd nightly I'm going to run this for a while and see how I get on.
