Hey guys im looking for two mods that I can't seem to find.
1. Music controls with the volume buttons.
2. 4.2 clock
Please direct me in the right direction if you may know where to find these because the search really sucks on this app.

Well, we can't really help much if you don't give any details. What ROM are you on? Some ROMs have song skip built in, also plenty of 4.2 ROMs have the clock too.

Sorry I'm on the latest Clean Rom and every other rom I have tried that has these features built in are unreliable. Thanks

Will someone kindly recommend a good screenshot application? Thank you!

What do you need a screenshot app for? Slide your hand over your phone on TW, or volume down+power on AOSP.

Something other than the built-in screen capture? Was there something in particular you wanted to do? TouchWiz has the built in palm-swipe screen capture. I've used "Screen Capture Shortcut" before. Doesn't need root.
OMG! I am just an itty Bitty embarrassed..

You don't have to be on an AOSP rom, option one is to hold the Power button and home button to take screenshots. Option two is to ensure that under Settings/Motion that Palm Swipe to capture is enabled. Then take your hand, hold it as if you're doing a karate chip, and swipe it from edge to edge across your display. Option two may not work very well on your main home screen but it works mostly everywhere else.

Tasteofbeans is really good, the other would be incubus26j's rom. theyre both the slightest bit buggy, but they're ports of Jelly Bean from other networks. it's really nice. i'd recommend one of them.
I found this in Play Store, and it works great on my nova launcher. This theme will make changes to your icons to look like the S3. It also has a lot of good looking wallpapers too. I am using on aokp rom. Just wanted to share this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.photox.touchwhiz

Does anybody have the apkfile of that cuz my Gio bugs around with downloading it from playstore. It always stops downloading at a random percent, Im using Android 4.2.2 CM 10.1
I hope someone can give it to me Thanks
I had the same problem on CM10, I just disabled the download manager, started it back up, and it started acting right again. I'm not sure if that's what helped or not. Lol

What makes seanzscreams last sky rom so customizable? I really like how much I could edit all the tabs and arrange the icons more suitable 2 me. But my rom is a bit outta date now so I wanna try something new but want similar customization. Any suggestions? Or can someone tell me what makes his so editable? Thanks. Sry 4 the noobness
No test for yourself please.

Sir, just give them a try and see what works for you, but what may work for me, may not work for you, having the same device and same ROM, will not have the same results, this is why I say just flash and test for you self, see what works. Also read thru the threads that you are looking to flash see what issues/items other Members are having.
Thanks
Apex launcher does that, I don't think it's Rom specific. You can get it from the market

Im in search of a ROM that has multi level pie controls. so far ive only seen it on Slim Bean Rom and altho I love the Pie control setup for it I didnt really enjoy the ROM that well. Can anyone point me in the right direction? BTW I know that i can download the app and have pie but its not as clean as id like it to be...unless someone can hook me up on how to make the pie button for the app to look like the original pie thatll be great!
Nevermind...other than Slim Bean there's LiquidSmooth Rom
I think LMT launcher has this feature as well so you can use any ROM you choose and still have pie.

Depending on what you want it for, there is 'Pie Control' in the app store that has multi-level (and short/long press actions as well) for a total of 20 shortcuts.
Well, im using Apex launcher now and i love it and would hate to move away from it. and ive tried the app from play store and its nice but i was looking for something more like the original pie controls where instead of the shortcuts being icons its more of a button thats more uniform with the rest just like the original where i can a screenshot button and keyboard switcher etc.
Beanstalk has all that too.

Hey, so i have a question for all of you veterans on here. Im mildly experimental, so i just do the basic flash a rom here and there deal. However, im running hyperdrive rls14 with stock kernel on my Verizon s3. Since it gives me options to have beats audio, aosp email and clocks as well as other great features like the touchwiz motion controls, I've been running it for a few months now.But ive realized its heavy on my battery life, and my phone has been getting hot more often than before. I felt like that partially due to the amount of ram it takes up. So does anyone have any good suggestions as to what i run? Because ive heard things such as pure stock is boring and want to make a good decision.
You can still run this, but I suggest you try the things that you want installed, and those that you think you can live without remove them. I think that will make a huge difference.

If flashing something different I'd say check out Andybones bonestock ROM. Along with the AOSP theme. Slicker than owl snot as my dad would say.

Also = AOSP, right? Well there's Halo, nightlies, "less" lag, faster updates (currently at Jb 4.2.2, TW is at 4.1.2), no TW bloat, (customizable) soft keys, and a host of other things. It's not what AOSP has that TW doesn't, sometimes it's what AOSP does not have which is why folks choose to avoid TW.

My favorite thing about aosp is that it uses very little ram and TW uses a lot
