I am totally confused about the cyanogenmod 9.1 builds. The thread has not been updated for a long. 9 builds are there on the first page, 10-12 are somewhere in the posts. There are more builds (don't know where are they, eg build 18 by derefas).
So why is the thread not updating?
Where are the builds 10-18?
I think it's ok to post here in ,Q/A section.

build 18 is in another forum but i think its released as another build in xda .
In xda , its only upto build 13 , build 11 or 9 is the most stable build .
CM9 build 12 / 13 are nothing different apart from the fact they cm9 build 11 + kernel 3.0.16..

The Latest build of cyanogenmod is cm nightlies build #259 for nexus
http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?type=nightly&device=crespo
this is damn fast and smooth than any other cm7 versions
probably because it might be the last version of cm7 before the release of the cm9
based on ics...

259 is for the Nexus S, not the Nexus S 4G. crespo4g has nightly 274.

Hi guys ,
I am a proud owner of HTC explorer for past 7 months and i have been trying different roms because I like trying out new stuff and upgrade my little wonder into a high-fi gadget. So I came to XDA and I was happy to found out a whole forum for HTC explorer.I tried almost all the roms from jaggyrom to the latest builds of CM9 and CM10,out of which most of them impressed me a lot.My 2 most favourites are (till now):
1.Sense based roms:
a)Jaggyrom 3.2.1 with charlie tweaks
b)nextgen 1.4(not that much bcoz green is everywhere)
2.Non-sense based roms:
a)Xperia ICS build #13 with little modifications from my side(new update)
b)LG UI based ROM v2(2-3 things need to be changed like overlocking to 800 MHz,parandroid is too weird, etc.)
c)CM9.1 Build#8(by lirokoa) (no overlocking and CPU and GPU tweaks for better HD games performance)
So guys after all this work i would like to say that some people like sakindia123,lirokoa,adityalahiri13,jaggyjags and many more are trying to make a difference and I really appreciate them for doing it and just like any other lover of custom roms,I would like to take the oppurtunity from all the users to thank them and motivate them to create better mods and roms for not only our explorer but many more......If anybody else has to comment about the best roms for htc explorer they have used, they are most welcome....MAY GOD BLESSS U GUYS

CM-10 stable has been released on Nov 15. Why are there still nightly roms coming out these days? Shouldn't they work on cm-10.1 now?
Because there's always room for improvements, no software is perfect and somebody would stick to 4.1 instead of pushing his/her device too much with 4.2
Sent from my Nexus S using xda app-developers app
It could also be that these updates are leading into the 10.1 builds .... and also there is always something that needs getting fixed

Because stable != final. Misconception a lot of people seem to have.
Don't you hate the waiting? Watching The AOKP Merged Changelog and waiting for your device to be updated? A cool feature, a fix for an error you have? Well I do!
So I decided to build my own nightlies.
To see what changes have been made, go to the Official AOKP Changelog. The builds will incorporate all changes up to the time of the build. I plan (spoken: will try) on building these every time there is a big change for the N7 or every 4 or 5 days... maybe more often if I can get some scripts going. If the team doesn't add any changes then obviously I won't build.
All MY ROMS Have:
CM Trebuchet
CMFileManager
Chronus (cLock)
Swipe to Switch (Phones only)
GooManager
NovaLauncher
AdFree
DashClock
AS ALWAYS USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE.
That being said, I use these on my device so...
ROM IS NOW AVAILABLE VIA THE GOO MANAGER APP!!
Clean Installation
MAKE A NANDROID
wipe data/factory reset in recovery
flash ROM
flash Gapps (20130301)
reboot
It is always a good idea to have a Full Nandroid saved in case something goes wrong. That said I generally keep a full Nandroid (updated about once a week) and prior to flashing a nightly I make a data only Nandroid, replacing the previous data only Nandroid I made. So I do this:
Boot to recovery
Make a Data only NANDROID
wipe data/factory reset in recovery
flash ROM
flash Gapps (20130301)
flash System Sounds
flash Franco's Latest Kernel or Metallice's Latest M-Kernel
Restore Data only Nandroid
reboot
Then everything is still set up and I'm done!

I Rooted my pico 2 days ago, yesterday i put jaggyrom 4 and now im starting to get a general ideia on thing. Since CyanogenMod is the most recent version of android why are there so many builds 7 9 10 what does that mean and witch is the most stable/relaiable less buggy?
Am I going over my head and should just go with my current ROM or just go for a icecreamsandwich one?
Thx in advance
Brigas
Builds are like this..... Build 1 is the first one, and so on, normally latest builds are with less bugs,as simple as that. About what to flash..... it's up to you, check out at least last 4 pages of whichever rom you choose and you'll get what's wrong with it(if there is something) and that's it.
If you are asking about between cm9(there are 11builds of it) and cm 10, that's different. Cm9 is ics, and cm10 is jb, and so on.

thats whats wrong to much to choose from. Can someone indicate 1 or 2 roms i should try
Well that's a good thing you can choose something from an index thread(it's in dev section),also you can check this out
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37324117
The choice is good thing, you can choose what's better for you.

Actually the ROMs are ported from sources by devs. Mostly they are
not official. That's because the CyanogenMod (please dont ask me what is that) team doesn't likes to spend time on phones like HTC Explorer. I don't know why so better not asking me. So as they are unofficial, they are not prefect and stable. They've got bugs and new builds are made to remove those bugs and make all the thing work. CM9(ICS) Build #11 and CM10(JB) Beta #3 are fine for you. Almost no bugs. Find the links yourself I'm too lazy to do that.
Please hit 'Thanks' for this detailed info.
CM 10.1 Issues
I was trying CM 10.1 #alpha 3. Robotic sound is heard by person on other side on call.
Also USB debugging not working. Anybody facing the same?
