WIFI issue - Continuous flapping - JB - Micromax A110

Hello Guys,
I am observing this strange issue only with JB ROMs. In my office network, my wifi is continuously disconnecting (If I lock and wait for few minutes). I have to reconnect again to make it work.
Is there any solution for this guys?
I am on SuperCharged JB ROM by Ajay.

Thanks Vipin for that. But I forgot to mention. WIFI signals have no problem. It's the webpage for login for security credentials.
I have enter my uname and password again and again. But on ICS, one time a day is enough. Will the above solution work for that too.?

Yes, with the latest JB (stock) I did not found any issue. I am not sure it's with the JB or the office have done something to it.

[Q] WiFi Problem.

Hello,
I just flashed broodROM RC5 and the Wifi has constant drops.I installed the KQ1 Modem and Binaries, still the same problem. Can Anyone Help?
(sorry, I can't post in the ROM thread.)
Are you still having this issue? Have you noticed if the signal strength is the same as before the MOD? Is it happening on more than one WiFi network?
i also had this problem but somehow i solve this problem
Try this...
I honestly doubt it will work but Google Wifix Manager APK and install it, on many beta roms it helps fix wifi for certain regions. I would provide a link but I am still considered a "new" member.
Me too! plz help me!

[Q] Miro WiFi problem Cyanogenmod 10

Hello, I'm using Cyanogenmod 10 from FreeXperia project and everything is great except WiFi. I can turn it on and it works great, but when I turn it off and then want to connect again to my home network it says not in range. Any suggestions?
search and download provision rom if you can find
it will solve the problem when you exchange the wifi files in system folders from provision to cm10

Hey man, I had exactly the same ploblem here, always had to reboot the phone to get wifi working again. Just solved it some minutes ago, downloading the apk "Wifix Mananger", I hope it works with you too.
Nice try

Thanks DanielMousinho.
Nice try, but unfortunately after a few hours the problem came back. I had to reset dalvik cache, disable and re-enable wifix and then it fixed the problem again... temporarily.
Anyone has a more persistent solution?
PS: On Tipo.

[Q] Cyanogenmod 11 With Whatsapp

Hi,
Recently I tried installing the Cyanogenmod using 4 different versions. The first one by the installer given by the website and the next 3 using ClockWorkMod app with the last 3 snapshot versions starting from the 16 Sept one and moving downwards.
All installations failed to connect to WhatsApp when I am on mobile network even though I can still surf the internet on my web browser and access Play Store. Once I am connected back to wifi, the WhatsApp will be working again.
Anyone experiences this and have a solution?
Thanks!
Looks like the problem is with your network provider rather than the Rom itself ..
See if whatsapp works on other ROMs for you like purity or slim. I use lots of ROMs and have never had a problem with whatsapp

Thanks for your reply. However, when I install back the stock android, I am able to use my WhatsApp as per normal using LTE connection.
Hope this clarifies the situation.

I can't see them doing that unless it's one particular model of phone doing this. I've got 2 G3's and know several others with them and none are having that problem so it's not all phones doing that.
its problm with somehow evry phone.. today or tmrw u vl surely notice dis.. bt tht jst a bug in actually wifi not causes the battery drain

I am using a custom rom which is 6.0.1 where as the stock rom is still at 6.0 in india.....this wifi problem is there in custom rom also....so it might be an inherent problem within the source codes....
hope so new update vl rolout soon..

App not working on wifi

All of the apps that I use, are working on WiFi but not this music streaming app, Gaana.
The thumbnails load as they should but the songs won't play.
But when I switch to mobile data, it is fine.
What could be the possible reason? Provide me a solution.
There was a trick, I read somewhere to turn on aeroplane mode and then use Wifi... It worked once but won't from next time onwards.
