I believe it was rumored to be 60. A bit pricey but I'll take a chance. It looks nice.

Looks like the QiMini, a few threads below this one. The other is slated to ship by end of March.

No way I would pay 60. Could not pull the trigger on the nexus orb because of the price.

For the same price, I'd rather get the ORB.

I keep seeing slipping issues with the orb and that's why I never got it. I've been looking for a wireless charger but I'm to scared to go with the orb becuz of the issues people are reporting. This and the qmini look like the second best option IMO.

Same here. And I love the idea of having a smaller one for travel purposes.

These things would still be a rip off at 20 quid, what on earth are than manufacturers playing at.

Where there is demand, you will continue to see these exorbitant prices. Give it another year or so, prices will fall.

I'm pretty sure he's referring to an exchange for one that doesn't slip.

Problem is none should be having the slipping issue, especially if I'm paying 70 bucks for one. Why risk wasting my money on something I'm not sure will not have a problem. I'll pass on going through all of that hassle and look elsewhere (which I'm currently doing).

another short video of the WCP-300

I may actually consider this for my PT Cruiser console mod if I can't figure out how to build one myself. Expensive? Sure, but considering I could just cut a hole, glue in this bad boy and wire it into the car pretty easily, may be worth the time saved...

Word. Ripoff at a tenner even. Predict they'll be that cheap in a year. Just gouging the early adopters.

i hope we dont have to wait 3 months for release to western countries.

Awesome. I saw that but was too skeptical to give it a shot. I'm glad someone did. I've tried other batteries that are the same size as stock, that claim to be larger capacity and they never seem to be the real deal.

Ditto. However, having a spare battery does come in handy in certain situations.
For those who travel a lot like me, it's very handy to have a spare oppose to an external charger. It's much easier to just pop a fresh battery in and not have to find a charger to stand next to a wall outlet to make calls...
I do admit though, the HTC cover is pretty funky...it's a first...very odd...

Anyone knows when will this goes on sale? And for how much?
It's designed for the Lumia 920, but since it also use the Qi wireless charging standard, it works with the N4 (confirmed by a N4 reviewer on youtube, can't remember which video that is though).

I'm not buying a charger for a third of the money I spent on the phone, no matter how fancy it looks like.
Looks like I finally know what to ask for for X-Mas from the GF. She always gets pissed because anytime I want something I just buy it instead of waiting to get it as a gift.
EDIT: I just sent her the link and her response was "If you buy that before Christmas I'm going to punch you in the face." ...looks like I did a good job this time.
I think the FatBoy looks cool and easy to carry when travelling, we just need it to go down in price!
Does anyone have a clue if it's actually cushioned (inside stuffed with some sort of foam etc.) or if it's just covered in a pillow sleeve? Reason I ask is I plan on having one of these on my bed, since I sleep in a big bed and don't use a bedside table.

Update: the charger seems to be switching on and off keeping the screen on at times, when the phone is OFF it charges fine.
Wonder if its software related?

Hi, any update if the nokia Qi charger would work? Did you managed to test the phone with the chargers on display? appreciate it. thanks!
For those of you interested in the Fatboy Pillow, do note that inside the pillow part is the exact same DT-900 charger that many have reported problems with (see jmquez above). Not sure if the pillow cures those, but it's worth keeping in mind before spending ~$100.

Thought I'd post this since all of us proud Nexus 4 owners have a non-removable battery. It's a VAAS portable charger/battery for a cheap price of $20 bucks. I'm not sure if that price is limited or if that's how much it's going to be from now on, but it might just be a sale that might end.
At 5,000mAh's it should charge your N4 about 2 1/2 times and it only takes about hour and a half to two hours to charge the battery itself (or so it says).
Probably more useful for girls as guys don't really have purses to carry it around with, but I'll probably pick one up and carry it in my backpack for those long days in college. Has some good reviews and there are some YouTube reviews of it out there if you guys wanna see those. Definitely not bad for $20! And you can charge two devices at once.

It seems the amps on the outputs are different, the Vaas one has one port that supplies 1A and the second supplies 2.1A while the second charger supplies 500mA and 1.5A respectively

That was just once person, maybe his was defective or something. It has 4 stars with some great reviews on Amazon, you should read those if you want reviews.
Considering products like this are usually 50 bucks and up, 20 is really cheap. It's really up to you, but a 20 dollar gamble isn't too bad. If you really want a for sure one, then the 50 dollar ones is what you should look at.
I think I have a powerbar charger on the way, once I get that I'll review it and let you guys know how it is. I believe they're about 75 bucks.

From the two, the one on the right. Because of the soft rubber cushions, so the bezel will be safe if mounted without a case. With a case on, either works.
Yep, the one on the right for protecting the N4.
I have the one on the right. I bought it from Tesco for about £6 in store. It works well and doesn't need a perfectly smooth surface to stick to. Mine sticks to the leather dash of my MG ZT with no issues.

and you can't use the CD while using it ?
It's not abit useless mount ? why not to use one of the dash or winshield holders ?
I have one of the Mounteks. Haven't used a CD in years so it wasn't a problem for me. I'd rather not block any more of my view putting something on the windshield. Surely, the CD player mount isn't for everyone since it depends on where your slot is located.
The one on the right. Dont like glossy stuff like the one on the left.
Re the Mountek...
Yes you can play a CD but obviously not eject it!
Yes you can order from the UK - it came within 10 days of me ordering it from the US manufacturers
Yes there is no problem charging via USB - the lower "shelf" has a hole for the USB plug.

Ordered the Mountek from the US, so I'll post my thoughts.

Unfortunately, this looks like the Easy Flex 1. iOttie has an updated Easy Flex 2 where they improved the one handed usability of the docking system. I think the new one is only $16 on Amazon (and eligible for Prime), so it's not that much more either.

AceSoft 3380mAh Extended Slim Battery

http://www.ebay.com/itm/AceSoft-338..._Cell_Phone_PDA_Batteries&hash=item3382917ec1
Has anyone ordered/received this one yet? I find it hard to believe it will be better than the ZeroLemon 3000 mAh (they are known to make efficient batteries, and they had to compromise on thickness and lack of NFC), but if anyone buys one of these a report would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: These are fake, don't buy them!
Oh hell no.
Chinese battery makers are NOTORIOUS for exaggerating MaH claims. Especially eBay batteries.
Never buy any batteries unless you have seen LOT's of trustworthy looking reviews.
Some mfg's will give themselves positive reviews.

You are right - I made this thread only because the seller isn't chinese, but American, so I thought it might be partially legit.

Some American sellers of inexpensive items actually buy in bulk at a discount from Chinese companies and flip the items for a profit in the USA.
I've actually considered doing the same thing.
I do appreciate you sharing though!
Cuz you never know!?!

Yep, just a reseller peddling no name low quality batteries.

That makes sense. Sadly he's making loads of money off of unsuspecting people. And it's not even cheap, he's taking full advantage of it.
say hello to one of the dummies...
I just randomly found it and was like hheeellll yeeaaahhh!!! Received it yesterday after paying $36 and after 3 hours and 45 minutes of use I'm at 75% ....I don't see a single bit of difference...
Google "Chinese wholesale phone batteries"
It's easy to buy smartphone batteries at $1-$3 per battery. Resell for $10 on eBay and Amazon.
No wonder eBay on Amazon is littered with battery resellers.

Sorry for resurrecting this thread, but I get about 3 hr on stock battery and end up at 50% or so. So this battery deffinatly adds some time
Dang. I was just gonna make a thread about this. Any ways, I've had similar results to above post. Lasted 21 hours before fully dying. I am however constantly connected to wifi both at home and work so 4G is rarely used. Very pleased with my purchase.

I mostly love the fact that I can used the same back plate and cases I already have and am able to get enough juice for a full days use.
EDIT: And the NFC works like a freaking beast just like OEM. The Anker and Hyperion batteries I've bought that were supposedly "NFC" worked 2 times out of 10 and did NOT work through any of my cases. This one works 10/10 scanning my various tags just like the OEM battery does and works through most of my cases. (Not the metal ones of course.)
So would you highly recommend this battery? I've been looking for an extended battery since upgrading from my s3.

Yep. That's the one. I did get mine at Amazon though, a little bit more but that's for the extra charger though which for me only makes sense for spare battery.
