I had a go at porting roeddie rom (without success) here. I don't think anyone else has managed to do anything yet.
Anyone can help me nacesito one or 4.1 ics rom for Alcatel OT-983 please really need it!

I installed Android Revolution Rom for xxkpm but the market is not working pls help me. Many People Have this problem.

Can't help you with the Android Rev Rom. Ask kraaazzzyyy in his thread.
Removing a custom rom? Restore backup or if you haven't backed up dl whichever firmware you want through Odin. See this thread:

Hey,
After a quick search i found out that there is no development for your device here on xda.
So sadly you wont be able to install a custom rom on it.

Hi, because your phone is not a common variant for custom ROMs ROM Manager wont be helpful to you for downloading them for your phone.
Before you can install a custom ROM you need to install a custom recovery such as TWRP or CWM. The thread here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/request-custom-rom-hs-u980-helpfull-t2825786) should help you on installing a custom recovery onto your device and showing the customs ROMs available for your phone.
Xoom EU (MZ601) is on 4.0.4, anyone can help me with root and install custom rom?
I go through the threads in the development room and most of link and file are dead.
So I would like to ask that can anybody guide me or still has the files for rooting and installing custom rom (im lookin for OmniRom for everest)
