I am using SanDisk 64 uhs-1 class 10 it's working pretty good
The writing speed is around 15 mbps in fat32

Found a 32GB SanDisk card for only £16.40 delivered http://amzn.to/14nKPSN
At class 4 it may not perform as well as some cards but should be perfectly fine for general use

If it works then great but I can't imagine class 10 will be cheap, I picked up a 32gb class 4 for £20 or so from play.com, speed is about 1-3mbps write speed class 10 is much faster but lower classes don't take that long, just a thought

Bought a Samsung 16gb Class 10... It's Samsung's fastest microsd (as of Feb 2012). I emailed HTC before buying it and they said it was compatible. So, I ordered it.. Worked like a charm.
Original Samsung supplied (8gb, Class 2):
Writing: 3.11 MB/s
Reading: 6.05 MB/s
New Samsung (16gb, Class 10):
Writing: 9.64 MB/s
Reading: 11.16 MB/s
It works quite well on my DS.
Speed is Ok.
Cost me 1700 INR...

Was there any noticeable difference in speed during regular use of the phone other than transfer times like apps taking longer to load or the phone being sluggish in general? Im getting a 32gb class 4 for the equivalent of about $17 here. Only class 10 card available was 16 gig.

I know its also good but I made this thread for the class 10 SD Cards
Class 6 SD cards are known to be optimum and bug free. Even though class 10 sd cards are faster, you won't probably be able to use the extra write speed on a phone. That kind of thing is good for a zero shutter lag camera. But if you insist on a class 10, san disk and transcend ate the way to go as san disk is quality ,plus they own the sd card patent and transcend is value for money. Plus, you can probably get a transcend from any local mallu run shop

Hi,
about 3 months ago I bought a SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSDXC UHS-I and it works great.
The only thing you have to consider is that you need FW 10.3.1.A.2.67 or higher for 64 GB (and some CustomKernels seems to have problems with it.)
My last 32GB was a Transcend. Worked fine too.

Best 64 GB microsd

what would be the fastest micro sd 64gb card for Z1c?Having sandisk mobile ultra but write aroud 7.5mb/s
I'm using Samsung 64Gb sdxd Read 30mb/s Write 20mb/s -
As for the fastest there is Toshiba 64gb USH-2 Micro SD Read 260mb/s 120mb/s Write speed.
Supposedly SanDisk Extreme 64Gb is fastest sdxd Read 80mb/s and Write 50mb/s
I bought this Sony microSDXC and am very happy with its speed.

I have this one, just 32GB version.
its good fast card but its not as fast as the internal memory. example i can shoot 1080p 60fps video with no prob, but it cant take the fast burst mode on the camera, it slows down
4k video.
I'm looking at a 64gb card that can handle 4k vid recording from Z1 Compact so will the std one be ok or is there a minimum requirement?

it doesn't.. it sucks at 30/25 R/W only.
using this http://www.strontium.biz/products/flash-cards/microsd-cards/64gb-uhs1-u3-microsd-nitro-plus
on pc, speed is as advertised. but on Z1C i get 30/25 ish
Found something good .its new samsung evo 64. got for $40.look at images.one is in laptop sd slot .other inside z1c conected to lap using data cable.speeds are really good compaired to my sandiks write speeds
I also got the Samsung Evo 64. At first everything seemed fine but soon after I found I now have problems with the Z1C's camera when the Evo 64 is inserted into the phone. At first it starts lagging and then it crashes and can only then be fixed by a reboot.
Is anybody else experiencing problems with Z1C + Samsung Evo 64?
I'm quite sure the problem is specific to the Evo 64 card since I tested several other micro sd cards I had flying around (2gb noname, 8gb transcend,..) which all worked just fine and didn't crash the camera..
So maybe a non-UHS card is the better choice for the Z1C?

Actually it does, I am currently using this Sandisk Extreme Pro 32Gb micro SD.
It is very expensive but believe me results are very much pleasing...album thumbnails take no time to load at all and movies thumbnails alike. Therefore I can confirm a 32 GB UHS-1 SD Card can indeed be used by the Z1C, I just have no idea about the 64 GB Uhs cards
bought this 64gb card for 25 bucks on black friday: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M55C1I2/ref=pe_385040_127541860_TE_dp_1

I will never go with sandisk again. I bought samsung pro for my tab and z3, very contented with 40MB/sec speed. I bought Samsung evo for my brother for his Z1c. I guess samsung is the most reliable for memory cards. SanDisk just suddenly corrupted itself (their xtreme 64gb). It wasn't just a software failure but the controller chip failed (and it was also confirmed by the tech)

When I got my Z1c last december I quickly get one 32GB Kingston that is what i'm currently using with my device, mostly to store music, that is what I really matter to manage with it.
But it happens that my music catalog is growing fast over 30GB, so i'm interested in a 64GB SD... Think I need to start looking for that Samsung cards.
This is the one I use
Samsung Pro 64GB microSDXC UHS-1 Card.
Read Speed: Upto 90MB/s
Write Speed: Upto 80MB/s
This thing is wicked fast!
The review of this MicroSD card is on The SSD Review website. I can't post links unfortunately :crying:
In the review, it's actual speeds are extremely close to it's rated speeds. It's expensive though.
I will PM you the link.
I'm using the Samsung Evo 64GB. Works flawless.
I personally use Sandisk Extreme Pro SD Cards, UHS-1 up to 95Mb/s Read/Write Speed, kinda pricey but they're also waterproof
