it is not fake I am using it and everything works fine is version 11.0.A.5.8 from vodafone
Can it be used on any network or is it just for Vodafone

But wat is confusing is that it isnt shown officially on Sony website and seus said phone is carrying modified software!!...altho evrything works okay

Yes. I have other firmwares too. It detects them but not 0.47
Oops... Still haven't updated my thread. Use this one: http://d-h.st/ufn
The ones I have uploaded don't work, somehow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
