Root app market - General Topics

Idk if this is the right place, but they should make a market for purely root apps, anyone agree?

Whom do you want to make it?
You could simply do a Google search or search here on the forum for "root apps". If you do it on google, there are many articles about that.!

it's only for usa i think. only they have, officialy, the music services. i might be wrong, correct me if i am. are you from usa?
You are all welcome..
Yes the free song only available for USA if not mistaken
I had all this available in the last version. I had the free song of the day and all other features listed. So nothing was new in this update at all. exact same as before maybe some bug fixes. Yes i am in US. I was reading the list like huh?? lol
What I noticed for this latest version was a faster response for the Market..
Thanks for this.

Keyboard backup

Any keyboard app close to stock with swipe features that you can backup the dictionary?
Getting tired of re-saving words one by one every time I change ROM
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
It may not be that close to the stock keyboard, but the new Swiftkey4 (Playstore) just added a swype feature. It's also on sale right now.
Another possibility might be Keymonk (Playstore), although it has limited dictionaries for different languages. I think this one has a lot of potential, but I'm still waiting for support for my language.

You may use an external app to backup the dictionary, like Titanium Backup (if you have rooted your phone) or Carbon.

+1 Just back up your keyboard data using TiBu before flashing a new ROM. That will do the trick.
As said above, SwiftKey4! Amazing. With TiBu.
