Yesterday I attempted to update my Xoom to the newest EOS nightly. After installing/wiping/rebooting I found myself with the RSD mode 3 problem. Having encountered this before I used ADB to flash a stock boot & CWM recovery. After this I have tried to flash several different roms (EOS 3/ EOS 4 nightly/CyanogenMod nightly) but each time the device gets stuck at the boot logo, not the motorola dual core screen but the actual ROM boot logo. Any ideas what I should do/try next? I'm sure there must be a simple solution to this, I just don't know/can't find it

Hi all
followed this procedure http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1074979 to root my XOOM WiFi Only MZ604 and now after what appeared to be a successful root on reboot the device is stuck at the Motorola Boot Logo.
Help please.
*update*
Was also following this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29733454, and out of interest I decided to continue on from Part 3 given I was stuck at the red M. So after applying the EOS flash and GApps, my XOOM now loads up no problem but I am just a bit confused as to what exactly happened.
This is the steps I took to get where I am...
1. Unlock boot loader using Part 1 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29733454
2. ROOT using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1078019
3. Install EOS Flash Part 3 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29733454
I'm guessing now the stock ROM is now toast?
i rooted my galaxy tab 2 p3110 a few days ago and also installed CWM recovery successfully. I tried to install many different custom roms and after i tried to install the first rom, i got a status 7 error and from thereafter i was stuck in a boot loop, and whenever i turned on my tab, it went straight to the recovery screen. I have tried all the solutions for the error and none of them worked. PLEASE HELP FAST.
Hi,
Here is a similar thread,

It's likely you need a newer, or different recovery....the CM thread in your device section says use the newest CWM or you'll get status 7 errors. You'll need to get into download mode to flash with Odin. Flashing stock firmware again with Odin will get you running again too.
If those threads don't help, ask for help in your device section, here...

Good luck!
So I just recently went to flash a new ROM (PA 4.4) onto my phone which was on CarbonRom 4.4. I went into recovery TWRP 2.7.1 and after I successfully flashed the PA ROM the phone rebooted and showed the quick Samsung logo for a second then nothing, just black screen. I cannot get into Recovery mode now either.
I have since gotten into ODIN mode and flashed stock rerooted/unlocked bootloader again/flashed TWRP 2.8.3 and attempted it again with the same results. Any help as to what I can do to be able to flash a new ROM and not be stuck on stock now?
I have acuired two A700's from school and one has a boot loop and one I have rooted and it also has CWM and it has a custom ROM(AOKP 4.1.2)
The other one just boot loops after the Acer logo. This one is not rooted but has CWM 6.0.4.4 touch. I can access fastboot but I cannot access ADB due to the fact that it never had USB debugging enabled. When I was given the tablet it already had the bootloop and I was not given the cause of why.
Within CWM, it will not let me install any CWM recovery, custom ROM or even a stock ROM.
Device has been rooted ever since I got it, was running with cyanogen mod. Yesterday I flashed CM13 but it got stuck in a bootloop afterwards. Then I tried to flash a newer version of TWRP and now nothing is working at all. As soon I go to recovery mode, the tablet gets stuck on the nvidia logo (no "no command screen showing up either, even after over 45 mins). Same if I start it up normally. Anyone able to help?
