[ROM/MOD] [Android 4.1.1] [v1.1 09.03.2013]

ANDROID 4.1.1 based on QISS ROM version with some modifications.
QiSS ME is a customized handset OS developed by QiSS team. QiSS ME is base on Android Open Source Project and cyanogenmod(www.cyanogenmod.org) project.
Bugs:
sometimes trying to record a video, Gallery FC's. Reboot in this case

only english and chinese, same as 4.0 QISS. Nobody is able to put multi language support on this rom???

You have to add credits only when you use someone's work. And here you are just sharing and also you have mentioned names. So, No problem.

Note that not a single one of this is a 100% working Jellybean ROM for GT-S7500L. I think that including this list in this topic, despite the warnings, may be a bit confusing and result in various issues for beginners (like me).
I spent about a month trying to install Jellybean on my GT-S7500L, just to learn how-to and to know more about android. Actually, I learnt a lot of things but at the end, when I was very close to brick my phone, I had to go back to the original samsung Gingerbread installation with a trick that is not even clearly documented.
While I fully appreciate the effort of making this list and thank the author, I want to state one more that this is not working for the L version sold in South America. Keep the phone with the original version of Android. There is not a single ROM working 100% on this particular phone.

I think you can remove 2. (MIUI) from 4.1.x and 13. (also MIUI) from 4.0.4. They both don't work and were only in a WIP state. The 13th one won't be continued as we already have a stable version.

That's a good idea. But do it separately, e.g. in the second post.
Also, JB MIUI can stay here, but 13 in ICS is pointless I think as we already have a stable one.

Could you also add Kernels and Mods?

Perhaps some links to GAPPS and Graphical glitches as well it will help , while from many of this threads are missing, or links to this threads about them. Ignore ppl what they say is a mess, haters always will hate coz they was unable to do what you did .
