We have just release a game on Google Play: XP Arena

It's and old fashioned Hack&Slash/RPG: you choose a character, explore the world, kill many enemies, find artifacts, become stronger and stronger, and explore more.
You can choose between warrior, archer, assassin, sorcerer, barbarian, and necromancer. Each character has a very specific gameplay. Compared to other Hack&Slash, it a little bit more tactical: you sometime have to sneak or even run away
Final word: it's a 2D game. We are not as beautiful as modern 3D games, but we believe the important thing is challenge and gameplay.

Unfortunatly, we weren't able to test the game on all various Android devices. It has been primary coded for tablets and big screens, but it seems to run well on some mobile phones.
1) We would welcome any comment on how the game runs on your devices.
2) We would also welcome any gameplay suggestions. The game is released but we can deliver updates.
For Unity experts: We are using Unity, and make a Screen.SetResolution at the beginning of the game. We wander if this command can crash the game, depending of devices. Have you ever experienced that?

runs really smooth on my htc one v(1.2 ghz)
I asked to two people with galaxy tab 2 to test and one of them had no problem (android 4.1.1) and the other had a crash after the splash screen (android 4.0.4).
So if testers can add their android version.

vibrate or sound on device when action is required. example, on device showing user's hand, whenever they are required to action, vibrate.
display text based on orientation. e.g. two players, text can appear upside down.
ability to see table on devices showing hands.
better display of what hand won...e.g. state on table, garpunkal won with high card... steve won with a full house (aces over kings).
Awesome app though, would be great to see continued development. Definitely useful for people travelling that don't have cards/chips, but have their phones on them.

If you don't see the App in the market, it might be because your device doesn't have OpenGL ES 2.0 (about 10% of all devices accessing the Android Market).

Awesome that you like it! We have to admit that this project was just for a university task, so we just published it in the market as-is and didn't really expect that it will be really played (only geeks have so many Android devices). So it's awesome to hear that it's really used
All of your suggestions sound reasonable, but the further development of the app really depends on how much feedback we get and we will consider your ideas when publishing the next update of the app
By the way, a sound is already played on the players device when it's his turn, but vibrating is certainly better. And yeah, the winning hand is dismissed a little bit too fast, so text based information would help to understand what's going on.
Which text should we display based on orientation? We display the players names in the right orientation and also his last action, but not the chips if I remember correctly.
Cool app, was just playing with my friends. ^^

This app is very useful for a pocket poker travel game... easier than having a stack of cards and chips!
Would definitely like an update on this!!
After playing it again today I have some additional feedback:
- A console would be nice, where it all the action is shown, with for example, Player won with Straight to K.
- Vibration would be good instead of the sound, when it's my turn.
- Players could be better distributed around the table

Pong comes from ping pong, which is table tennis.

Hello, Thanks for the report. Officially we only sopport official roms. Anyway, I will try MIUI on my Galaxy S3 and I will try to reproduce the problem and try to find a solution, but officialy we only support stock roms. On stock S3 works perfectly . Thanks for trying the game.

Just started the first few screens. No technical problems on my Samsung Galaxy Note (N7000) - with my own Custom Rom based on XXLT4 for Germany.
Classical adventure with really interesting graphics style and already some crazy ideas to solve (the washing rat).
Will give some more comments next week (I fly back to Germany on Sunday and will try more in the 11h flight etc).

I have installed MIUI based on 4.12 (samsung base) and everything was working right. I whould like to reproduce your issue to see the log and try to solve this (even if we do not support custom roms). I will try other MIUI rom soon, which rom are you using exactly? This Mod works like charm, tested by me on My Xolo A700 & Galaxy Tab 2.What All You Require:
Compatible Mobile phone for the Game.
Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour, any version
Rooted Device!
[2.3+]GL-Tools (Paid App), get it from Play-Store
Tested Game with Gameplay.
Follow the Instruction to impliment:
Install Modern Combat 4, test the game is working.
Install GL-Tool App from Play Store, Get It Here.
Accept The Agreement of the App, and proceed.
Now, choose the Game i.e. MC4 & Proceed.
Do the settings as follows: :angel:
Close The App & Start the Game. :good:
After Running The Game. Continue and check the difference. :cyclops: :victory:

I tested the app on my Nexus 7 (2012). It uses the Tegra 3. This way is so much easier than installing and reinstalling modded apks. But I can't use the fake GPU SGX 544MP or Mali-T604 but I can use the others. The Tegra 4 fake gpu still give me low-medium graphics not high or ultra. The Adreno 320 gives me high though.

Hi, im using the same tablet. but having trouble getting high graphics settings. when you use the Adreno 320. do you get the flames (sparks) on the start screen? if so what settings are you using as ive tried out so many different settings i cant seem to find one that works.
any help would be appreciated from anyone who knows.
