YES if you don't have privilege to access the target phone.
NO if you have the right to install software onto the target phone. For example, you give your teen son a phone and you want to control his usage to prevent your son from doing something that he isn't allowed to do.

I thought that advertising warez sites / illegal copies of software was contrary to the usage rules on this board?
Mods, please confirm or remove - last thing we need is this sort of thing going on. If people really want to find pirated software they can and will do so, but this guy signed up just to post the same message twice.

As every user of XDA should be aware, discussion of any kind of warez (paid software for free) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any further mention of warez software will result in further action being taken. Please consider this your one warning on the issue. Thread closed.
Now thanks to the wonders of ours app you can base your whole User Interface around the wonders of google now.
MOD Edit: links removed. Direct links to paid apps are not allowed in Android Apps and Games.
Through this app you can have a full card ui that has a really premium look to it. So if you like google now you will love this.
You might want to review the rules. (No links to paid apps.)

That is not true. You can link to paid apps in the playstore, but not to free downloads of apps you would have to pay for. Read the rules again.

I'll add that selling an app that does what UCCW/other theme apps can do is pretty suspect anyways.

Ok, I'm going to stop you there. I'm not sure if you noticed that I'm a moderator. This is theft, piracy, or warez, this is not allowed on XDA. We are a development site that supports developers, stealing from these developers is deplorable. Please review the rules of this site here:
